Do NOT have x-rays or cultures done at this site and expect them to call you the results like they promise as it does NOT happen. Last visit was for my child with a rash in his armpit — they cultured to check for an infection. After NUMEROUS calls I was finally informed the staff member marked the culture form incorrectly and test was ran for genital herpes — his armpit had the rash & was cultured NOT his genitals! I asked to speak with the Manager, Kim, and she doesn’t return calls for days. When I finally reach Kim«The Manager» I asked her to have her supervisor call me back — it’s been 8 days since she said she would give her supervisor the message and NO return call. Took my son to his Pediatrician 10 days after MedExpress visit & he prescribed an antibiotic that cleared the rash immediately. This is my 3rd visit to this facility that each time promised to call results and each time did NOT. Will not waste time or $ at this place again!

The worse urgent care I’ve been to in 4states. Did not treat me said go to ER .very arrogant if he spent 2 minutes that was a lot! Never treated like that in my life. Dr. Harjit Bagri was a disgrace to the profesion. Then I get a$ 160 bill! Which my insurance paid and I paid the remainder .now over 1 ½ yrs. still being hounded for30.57. When I call told to ignore it, it’s still comes every month I call and get same answer. Ready to pay it again afraid it will still be there. BUYERBEWARE!

I have been to Med Express multiple times for both myself and my son. Each visit was fast even if there were a lot of people in the waiting room. Today, I took my son in for ear pain and a cold because his normal doctor’s office couldn’t see him until 3pm and he was in extreme pain. Virginia Lapp took a look at his ear, immediately recognized the infection and gave him a prescription. She was so friendly toward him and made him feel totally comfortable. She also removed the tube that had fallen out but was still stuck in his ear canal without me even asking! I’m so glad Med Express is an alternate place to go besides Valley Health Urgent Care. My experiences there are less than stellar and I always have to wait for at least an hour even if no other patients are waiting. Thanks Med Express!

Well this was my third visit with the other visits being great for in and out sports physicals for my kids. This time I was away for the weekend and increasingly knew and felt the pain of a sinus infection. As soon as we got into town, on a Sunday, I knew my options were limited. I drove to Med Express and was excited to see that there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot. When I got inside, only one other person was waiting before me. Yay! I felt so horrible with pain that I couldn’t wait to get meds and get home. Simple sinus infection, right! Well I waited and waited in the waiting room, as did the lady before me. The lady at the desk apparently was calling out names, and all I heard was mumbling. I finally got in after about a half an hour, only to be placed in a room with the door closed. I waited another 45 minutes and no one to check on me. All I could hear were staff people gabbing about meetings and small talk and laughing right outside my door. How unprofessional! I finally peeked my head out and they said it wouldn’t be much longer. Another 15 minutes! No magazines to read and my phone died. I almost walked out but I had no other choice. The P.A. FINALLY came in apologizing saying she was sorry that she was overwhelmed with broken bones. Um, I saw one mother and child leave in an ambulance but no one else in the office. Then she looks at me and hurt my ear not once but TWICE with the ear probe! I mean it hurt to the point of throbbing for an hour. An ear probe! This girl was so young she could’ve probably been my daughter. Needless to say, I finally got some antibiotics and left. Well it took so long that I drove all over town to find an open pharmacy on a Sunday night. I finally got home three hours later. For a sinus infection. Urgent? I think not. I won’t even bore you with the grammatical errors on my instructions. Far, far from professional.
