I loved my pedicure. I came over on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t so busy so no one was rushing. They had a good color variety. The lady who did my pedicure was very gentle and sweet. I’ve been here before to get a full set and it hasn’t been the best nail job but it was still pretty decent. It depends on who works on your nails. However, their prices can be a little high but it’s only like 5 – 10 dollars over an average price. Overall, I recommend this place.

Definitely will not be going back to this place. I got my eyebrows waxed and the lady was rude. Then, later after I got home I realized there was wax in my hair. Not cool!

Took my granddaughter here this week and we both got a full set of acrylic Nails. They turned out just beautiful I’m very happy with this place. LeAnn does my pedicures and does a great job. I suggest making an appointment because they are usually very busy.

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in Winchester, and this one is the best. Friendly, fast, good quality service. French gel manicure was done effortlessly and perfectly. They don’t spend a lot of time on extra frills, but they do a good job, and fast, and with a smile. Clean place and nice atmosphere. This will be the only nail salon I’ll visit from now on in Winchester.

Have only been there for polish change — had one really good job and one really not so good — guess it just depends on who you get. Doesn’t make it too likely I’d go for a full pedicure — too many other options.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Nails were different lengths, cut toes and sloppy polishing. I had to redo them myself the next day. What a waste of money.

They were great… we walked in and didn’t have to wait for a pedicure… Even tho there was three other people getting pedicures… Service was nice and they took their time and didn’t rush… Planning to go back in the future…

Worst acrylic fill I have ever had in my life. First she didn’t file down the original acrylic enough and put new acrylic over top so you can see the lines from the last fill. I asked her to cover the acrylic with gel so they would be shiny, well for some reason that was really splotchy and only on part of the nail. I have had this done many times before without problem, but when they did it, it was almost like an oil on water effect. Now, 2 weeks later they are all cracking, breaking and lifting.
On the flip side, the pedicure I got here was FABULOUS!

I have to say I have used US Nails a few times for pedicure services and I have always been happy. However, I just used them for a manicure service and could not have been more disappointed. I am actually so upset at the quality of my nails I am going to have them re-​done. I tried to point out the poor quality at the time but all the tech did was file them down more? I felt like I was inconveniencing them (even though I had an appointment). Overall, not a great experience at all.

Despite the nice facility and great location, the workers in this salon do not treat their customers with respect. I had an appointment for six friends and family and we were rushed through our pedicures and manicupres and it showed on the quality of our nails. The gentlemen (to put it politely) actually told me to hurry up when choosing my color because they were busy. I left with bare nails because he did such a poor job on them and I had him remove the color. I was still asked to pay for the «service».
Definitely stay away from this one. Their prices are not reflective of their service.
