Filthy dirty. My husband and I frequent the Sterling, Va location often with our 2 yr old. We decided to visit the Winchester location with some family members that were visiting the area. I was expecting the same atmosphere that we very much enjoy in Sterling but this place was awful. The bounce houses are very worn and dusty. The carpet is filthy. It’s very cluttered. It does have a huge play area to crawl through in the middle but does not have a section designated for children 2 and under. Several of the game machines were out of order and stole our money, they were out of hand sanitizer by the entrance, the woman’s restroom needed some attention. One stall was out of toilet paper, the other two were low on toilet paper and very dirty and it was out of paper towels. I will never visit this location again.

Loved it! We took my 22 year old gran babies here and they had a blast. It was on a Thursday in the middle of the day so only small kids were there. Only one awful family who let their older kids push the little ones and we’re just beasts. Pitiful parents. This was the first time we have ever been and loved it. There were no areas for very small kids which kind of stinks but our 2 year olds had no problem on any of the blow ups. The staff was friendly and nice, some jumps were worn but over the place was clean and as well taken care of as a place like this could be.

This place is very fun to go to. It’s pretty affordable and they have decent sized birthday party rooms. The recliners and message chairs for parents is a total perk too. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is they need a section for just 2 and under for the little ones

We took my nephews here on a rainy day. They were in visiting in from New York. A few of the bounces were down because they had water leaks from the ceiling. But the boys had a great time on the other bounces. We even got balloons(the adults that is) it killed some time and the boys wore each other out going up and down and bouncing around for a couple of hours. It was pricey but it will get the kids out of the house on the rain days. IMO.

Better than Chuck E Cheese! Your kids will get a real hard core workout playing here, and you dont have to spend more than $ 10! This place focuses more on climbing and bouncing inflatables and has only a few money/ticket games… the kids have so much fun running and climbing they probably won’t even look at those money eating machines! I love that the play areas are clean and safe. They have the basic junk concessions just like Chuck E Cheeses, but again, the kids don’t notice it because of all the playing. Great for groups or just a chance to let one kid run while mom/dad chill in the lounge area… which btw, has massage chairs, computers and a large tv, all within range to keep an eye on the kids! Note: kids need socks.

Really really dirty and they charge for kids under 2 but don’t have the same under 2 play areas that the northern Virginia ones have. Pretty disappointed.

I have only been to the Hagerstown location. This was the Winchester location. I am very frustrated that they have NOTHING for younger children. In Hagerstown, there are two inflatables reserved for children under 3, and they are more age appropriate for them. I got charged to bring my one year old in, then they did not have a single thing for her to do! Why would you even do that?! Now I have to sit on the side trying to keep a one year old entertained so my for year old can play. NEVER coming here again.

Monkey Joes offers a great location for adults to take their toddlers/kids for a low price and tons of fun. I really like the option you have to escort your young kids(4 an under?) on the slides and play areas. They even sell socks at the front if you happen to forget yours or your kids!

I came here the weekend it opened and there were not alot of children. I guess the word had not gotten out yet to how wonderful this place it. It was a bit pricey costing about $ 40 for the 4 children. I was free because I wasn’t jumping so that was fair. I like the«tagging» system they have. The adults and children all get arm bracelets with matching numbers on them so when we leave the staff makes sure that the children leave with the proper adults. I loved the idea that someone was standing in the front so children couldn’t just walk out of the business by them selves or with anyone they weren’t supposed it. The food was a little pricey and the idea that they are buying Pizza Hut large pan pizzas and reselling it to the patrons is annoying. The best thing is they take complaints seriously too. This was our first visit and one of the employees had made my son upset and very uncomfortable I took my son to the front and we explained to a gentlemen who I believe was one of the owners what our concern was. He offered my son an ice cream ANY ice cream he wanted(which of course my son took happily) and the gentlemen offered his sincere apologies. I was happy with the outcome and we stayed away from that specific employee.
