I had a great experience here, Had an appointment and was there on time and seen with little to no wait. Dr was great and quick. I have insurance and was able to get great glasses (Anne Klein), for better than my previous dr. I was not offered a contravt or membership, so nit sure what others were referring to. I found the office clean, great selection of frames, very courteous staff and friendly. Would recommend this office definitely!

I adore my optometrist there, Dr. Krimigis. He is extremely professional, competent, and always explains everything well. I’m a medical professional, and I drive an hour to get there, so please take my word for it when I tell you he’s good. The wait times are decent and the office staff is really nice. That said, I do NOT buy my eyewear from them. It’s expensive, even with insurance.

Beware — Do Not buy contact from here and spend $ 120 for 3 pair, I am livid. And $ 170 for glasses. I suppose I have SUCKER written on my forehead!
Have gone here for 10 years now. Krimingis is very professional! Always get in very quickly, competitive prices, clean facility, and low wait time.

Too much hassle! They are always behind and make you wait. Then the Dr. only spends a quick few minutes with you. And next comes the plug for their «membership». Give me a break and just give me my prescription! I can get my contacts for half of their price elsewhere.

I had an appointment here recently and I’m sorry to say I will not be returning. My family and I have been seen by Dr. Flores for years and we all like her. But. The My eye dr. situation is VERY expensive. There are many unexpected up charges. When you check out they try and get you to pay for some membership where you get a pair of «free» sunglasses. I declined, but my bill was still $ 178.00. I went back to pick up contacts (which insurance paid and were NOT included in the 178.00). I asked for my PD measurement so that I could order glasses on line and was told I would be charged $ 35.00. This is a simple measurement of the distance between the pupils and would take maybe 30 seconds? I declined to pay them any more money. One might think for my 178.00 charge they might have included this. For good customer service. Very disappointed. I felt that the focus changed from the health of my eyes to the wealth of their cash register. Go somewhere else.
