Sleepy’s

Supposedly the queen bed I purchased was 5k retail and «marked down» to 1900. I fell for it like a fool! On top of that I had to deliver my own bed because it would have cost me an extra $ 200! In reality (after doing research) I overpaid by well over 100%! The kind of ppl that run this establishment are opportunistic and will gladly Line their pockets with your money if you’re as naïve As I was. Buyers beware, do your research before making such a purchase.

I went to Sleepy’s after reading positive reviews. I needed a mattress to go with my new bedroom set. I was greeted by the only salesman on the floor, Ryan Stough, as he welcomed me to the store while letting me know he would be with me in a moment. I have to admit I was impressed with his ability to move among 4 different people; myself included, while explaining the various benefits of each bed. He asked questions, knew his product and was polite. I ended up getting a great deal on a mattress. In order to finalize my sale, he stayed after the store closed for an extra 30 minutes. Great low pressure sales, willing to get me a deal and very knowledgeable about his products! Keep up the good work.

We had a complicated situation where we purchased a box spring in Richmond and needed to return it (unopened) and purchase a new mattress (for pick up that day) in Winchester. Ryan Stough could not have made the exchange any easier! It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this Sleepy’s to anyone and everyone!

We went looking for a new bed for our daughters room and came in last night just looking. We were greeted very friendly by Jonathan Nardone. Jonathan was a very informative salesman, didn’t just take us to the most expensive bed but took the time to ask our daughters opinion. He asked her about her sleeping habits and asked her to try multiple beds to find out what was the most comfortable to her. We ended up purchasing a new queen size bed for her in the price range we were looking for

Sleepy’s is the clear choice to buy the mattress you need and want. Recently we purchased our 4^th bed since moving to Winchester and all of them have been from Sleepy’s. At first we shopped around and NO ONE worked with us to such a high level of customer service as Sleepy’s. They have truly earned our business and loyalty. Every person we dealt with over the past years have true professionals. Why bother cross shopping anyone else…
Recently we purchase a New King Sized Bed. We purchased the Sleeping Beauty Ariana Model. Eddie Horner was simply the best I have ever dealt with at Sleepys. He was a professional on the phone. When we arrived at the store, he took the time explain all our options, left us alone when we need time to discuss our options. He worked hard to give us the best deal. Provided us with the best options on accessories, pillows, covers and the like. The delivery happened the following SUNDAY!!!
A couple of weeks have passed since we received our new bed and WE LOVE IT! It is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. We are lifetime Sleepy’s Customers. Do yourself a HUGE Favor and don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else.
