Typical starbucks however, the people at the drive-in need a lesson in customer service. Not a pleasant environment or location.

Excellent customer service. I gave up on Starbucks a few years ago because they never got my order right but I had a gift card for Christmas so I stopped on my way to work and was very impressed.

I’m from California where there are stores on every corner. This Starbucks is in a smaller parking lot in an older builder so it’s a it odd for Drive Thru options I, however, love going inside coffee shops and the staff here are fairly young and bright and friendly. They are eager to fix any issues with your drink if made wrong, which lets face it. it happens! And sometimes it’s not their fault. Overall, it’s a friendly Starbucks with good staff and have really improved in their wait times considering there are now a whole 2! stores in such a busy area of this town.

Standard Starbucks experience but in an oddly sanitized location… Just too new and too landscaped. No character that Starbucks somehow achieves even with it’s corporate sameness. I felt weirdly freakish walking in, when Starbucks is usually a place I seek when in middle America settings and I can’t find anything to eat, and want to find people who understand quinoa-ness. Even the token high school gay boy and his weird arty best girl friend were oddly uptight, and mall cultured, and gave me funny awkward looks while gripping their cups. Maybe one of Starbucks cool Portland founders needs to come and spill a few beans on the floor and get these people to relax?

I am not a Starbucks fan like most. Although, I do like a frozen coffee now and again. This branch is good. The staff is friendly but service tends to be a bit slow at times. Would I go again. Of course.

Bring your fly spray. Lots of flies buzzing around and a staff that seems to not care about anything at all. Zero eye contact and robotic tone. Didn’t call my drink out and it sat on the bar, unmarked for 5 minutes. It was not even full.

The staff are really friendly and the store is clean. Yet despite being a Starbucks– which is fantastic at training and standardizing their drinks– you rarely get a proper drink. They also tend to be slow with their drinks despite having a lot of staff on hand. However, I recognize that I’m used to DuPont Circle’s amazing team. For hot drinks with milk they consistently under-prepare milk and pour the foam in. What looks like a full drink when you first pick it up soon deflates(you can sometimes feel the difference). This is the only Starbucks I’ve been to that does this. Most others might not«separate» the foam with a spoon, but they still produce fully filled drinks. Other problems we’ve encountered, but not consistently: wrong drinks, too little syrup, badly mixed chai, and too icy Frappacinos. It took us a while to realize it but the Starbucks in the Target stores are much, much better with their drinks.

The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. The staff were prompt with filling missing products such as straws. I bought the Sweet Greens packaged juice. It is very bitter. I tried a similar product at Whole Foods which is much better.

If this Starbucks has what you like, which is a long shot, it will take them 20 minutes to make your drink. Really looking forward to the NEW Starbucks coming on Pleasant Valley. Staff here is rude, slow, and missed managed. Until the new Starbucks opens I recommend you to go to either Target in Winchester, and go to the Starbucks in there.

One of my greatest dreams is to meet the person who designed and brought to life the parking lot and drive through here so I can slap them. I have watched as people wait for 15 min. + for starbucks and depending on how full ZZ is block people in to the parking spaces or just generally cause problems trying to get in or out of starbucks. Bottom line? Stay away!

This a great Starbucks located in the Gateway Shopping Center on 7. While there is a long wait sometimes the baristas try their best and really care about the customers! Plus its a cool place to be educated about coffee, any questions you have about what to try or which beans to buy the baristas are happy to answer and help you find what you’re looking for.

More than twice, we have ordered the bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich via the drive through. Every time, the egg has been frozen in the middle. Turn the heat up, cook it longer, or answer your phone. Also, John, work on being a little more friendly. You are in the business of customer service, a smile and eye contact go a long ways.

My order is almost always wrong at this Starbucks. I usually let it go but the last four times I have gotten a drink is too many times in a row. I order normal, straight off the menu drinks and there is no excuse for how sloppy these employees consistently are.

The very tall white male barista that was working last Friday was pretty intense. He was like a magician with all of his syrups and liquids; I was in a trance watching him make drinks. There’s a drive-thru here, which is also nice. It was pretty busy though, so be prepared to wait a hot second for your stuff.

This place drives me crazy. There’s always a line and getting your drink takes a very long time. Parking is AWFUL. I attached a picture of the queue of drinks waiting to be made on a Sunday afternoon… Not sure that I will keep stopping here when on I-81. Advice: go to the Starbucks in the Target in Martinsburg, WV or in North Winchester instead!!!

Love this place AND the staff is great! Good atmosphere and service. Drinks are accurate and employees seem to enjoy their job which is a huge plus and can be seen when you visit. A five star rating from the huge Starbucks fan!!!
