I go to two different Tractor Supply’s pretty regularly. I like the one in Winchester better than the Richmond one. Employee’s seem friendlier and over all just a better experience.
TS is a great store though. People often overlook it assuming it’s for farm items, but my father and I both buy our pet food here. You can even get some good quality brands like Science (my vet uses this brand) without having to go in a place like PetSmart.
Also one of the only places I’ve found KMR kitten formula in person. A lot of shelters like this brand as a donation, and I’ve used it a lot myself. Another pet related item you can get here is wormer. So this place comes in handy for me.

Tractor Supply isn’t just a place for people with tractors aka farmers. They sell a wide variety of thing here. If you are in the need of any of the following: shoes, boots, tools, clothes, candy, snacks, books, trailers, trailer supplies, birdseed, rabbit food, livestock feed, animal meds, cat/​dog food, tool boxes, truck accessories, and fencing, just to name a few.
The staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is always neat and tidy with a big seasonal section with great deals usually.
I get all of my dog food here and sometimes even their treats. This is one of the few places that sells Blue Buffalo.
So don’t let the name fool you, if you stop in I am sure you will find something that you can use.

This store carries farm related equipment. They do have good prices on gardening related items. I have bought pet food, cat food, bird food, ect. here. Although you’d never think of it, this is a great place for simple pet supplies. They have a really good selection of dog supplies at really good prices. The store is nice and clean.
