Wedding Cake Nightmare
4 tier wedding cake was ordered and only 3 tiers made it to the Cake Table. This was a very elegant wedding in a huge tent and the cake looked very dwarfed with only 3 tiers. During delivery, they dropped the largest layer on the ground in the field at the corner of the tent. We were left with not enough cake to serve the guests, the bride and groom didn’t get anymore than the bite they fed eachother during the cake cutting. And to top it off, they didn’t even clean the cake from they ground, there were chunks of cake on the ground and icing smeared in the grass for all of the guests to see what happened.
I waited to leave this review in hopes that they would right the wrong by refunding the cake. Sadly, not even half was refunded. We will never use this bakery again, nor will we refer anyone.

I have stopped in here twice, both times I was horrified at how inept both the staff and boss were. Their service is horribly slow and unprofessional. No one seems to have any idea of whose orders are whose, what orders are finished, what is going on, etc.
My family members ordered items for a party. While the decorated items were pretty, Sweet Tooth messed up the amounts of each of the items, something we didn’t realize until after we had paid and picked up the order, which I suppose is our fault for not checking the items more carefully. Mistakes happen and no business is perfect, but I can’t say I’m at all surprised considering how the business seems to operate on a day-​to-​day basis.

My husband and I bought a few cupcakes and a cookie last week — totally wonderful! The cake was moist, the icing was light — with the perfect amount of sweetness — and the service was good.
Looking forward to trying their cakes and other options! Great to find a go-​to bakery option in Winchester!!!

I loved my wedding cake! I had a dramatic increase in guests for my wedding, and they were able to accommodate within weeks of the wedding-​thank goodness! My cake was done in time. All-​in-​all great experience!

Cupcakes with filling! This place has a variety of flavors and I’m sure you can find something you like. They also have cookies and chocolates. If you are having an event, they have things in the store to help with that too. Great service also.

My wedding cake tasted amazing (not overly sweet like most wedding cakes) and was decorated exactly as we had discussed. Their price for wedding cakes will beat any other bakery within a 50 mile radius (I did a lot of research).
GREAT customer service (do not listen to the other reviews). I did most of my communication with the owner, Joyce, over email. Joyce was very attentive, responded quickly, and provided great input/​feedback for how the cake should be decorated. She made the whole process very easy and I appreciate all of her help!

I completely agree with Kristen F; horrible customer service. We ordered a cake to feed lots of people for a special occasion; the cake cost almost $ 100. When I arrived to pick it up, I asked the lady behind the counter to check the cake, she seemed irritated; they had spelled something wrong, she seemed more irritated, but went back to add a letter (it looked like an add on). She forgot that the purchase was for a non-​profit and had to re-​ring the purchase, again more agitation.
Horrible customer service, for a OK but not fantastic product. We won’t be back.

Myself and my mother-​in-​law order solely from this company when it comes to baked goods for parties. The icing is delicious and the cake/​cupcakes are always moist. I’d recommend this company to everyone!

First, the cupcakes I ordered for a birthday party where very good, the cupcakes were ready on time too. My review is based mostly on the customer service which is lacking. Initially, I spoke with someone over the phone about maple bacon flavored cupcakes. The lady I spoke with was helpful and gave me ideas about how they could dip bacon pieces in chocolate and decorate the cupcakes as well by adding beer mug cupcake toppers or even make foam with icing (beer and bacon themed party). When I went to the store to complete my order the lady working did not seem interested in helping me with any creative ideas and did not know what I was talking about when I mentioned what the other lady had told me. Additionally, the lady working did not know any details about how to write up the order or how to reserve a cupcake stand. She kept walking to the back to ask questions. She told me I should buy holders or spacers for my cupcakes to go inside the box so they would not slide around and get messed up. Well, those spacers are worthless. I was very careful and still ended up with cupcakes tipped completely over and a mess. I was able to make the cupcakes look reasonable for display. The cupcake stand was also wobbly I was scrared it was going to tip over. Would be an excellent review if the customer service was better.

Amazing bakery, even whipped up a dozen gluten free cupcakes when I got there to pick up the order for my aunts wedding and had them ready within ten minutes. And they even matched the wedding theme! Highly recommended! The service was superb and friendly as well.

My wedding cake was made here and boy was it amazing. I was very happy with it because it was a surprise. I had gotten married in Las Vegas and when we got home my husband had already ordered a cake for me for my surprise wedding reception and it truly was good. I would recommend for my friends and family.

I was not too impressed with the baked goods. They had a good selection of tools, cake pans, icing & icing implements, and some really cool candles, but the baked goods were quite ordinary, nothing to rave about. The cookies were firm and a bit dry, though the icing was good and the decorations were creative and fun. The cupcakes were moist and, again, the icing was good but nothing special. I guess I’m a little spoiled from living in Northern Virginia and being used to a higher standard. The one thing that was better about this bakery was the price. I was quite surprised at how little my order cost!

They offer various candies and pies too. The coconut cream pie is spot on!
We have been getting things from them for over 11 years now and will always get our cakes, cookies, pies and cupcakes from here.
