This smaller outpost of the popular Perrotta’s Deli makes real deli sandwiches – hard to find in Orlando – and they make them fast. It’s easy to customize what you want, and they can do subs and wraps as well. While bread and cheese selections are somewhat limited by the microscopic kitchen, the meats are true New York deli caliber. There’s a small inside dining area. Definitely one of the best deli sandwiches in Central Florida.

Like someone else said, not like any NY deli I’ve been to back home! Was excited to try it when I moved. Definitely a basic deli with pre packaged meats and stuff. Friendly service though which I like. If I want a wrap I’ll sometimes come here but if I want a sandwich I’ll definitely walk right over to Publix. They have better bread that’s closer to NY deli bread than here. And their fresh NY bagels are in the freezer. :(

I’ve been to Pittsburgh eating at their famous sandwich with Fries and coleslaw. The French fries are too greasy. So when I tried this I thought it would be the same but I was so wrong. This place replace the fries with chips and what an amazing combination this made. I find this sandwich taste much better. It goes so well with the corn beef. Love this sandwich. Will definitely come again. Anyone in the area should try it. You won’t regret it.

Incredible deli! Feels like home! I generally go with the Perotti-Petro which is thick cut corned beef, Düsseldorf mustard, home made cole slaw, lots of cheese, and topped with chips! A great twist on a Pittsburgh Sandwich. Wash that down with a Diet Dr. Brown’s cream soda, and a bag of kettle chips. What a great lunch! P. S. They have the best canolli’s in the state of Florida. Treat yourself

I’ve been to the regular Perrotti’s several times but had yet to try out the Express, even though it’s right across the street from me. The space is definitely small. Only a few tables, but that’s why it’s an express. It also has a more limited menu than the regular eatery. But they do have some really great sandwiches. I ordered the Reuben for my husband and I. It was quite tasty! The meat was piled on really thick – no skimping here! My only recommendation would be to drain the sauerkraut more because in the three minutes it took to get home, the bread was already soggy. But that’s only a minor thing. The employee who was making my sandwich was the son of the owner and he was so friendly. Definitely great service. I need to keep this little sandwich shop in mind and return more often!

Such a city feel in there. Sandwiches and hoagies are always fantastic and the people there are fun to talk to. Tons of chip options!

Not impressed. Packaged deli meat picked from a fridge? No New York Deli I’ve been to does that. Pre packaged corned beef??? This isn’t a deli in the true sense of the word. Just a sandwich shop. Mediocre at best.

Classic Northeast sandwich shop. The food is great, reasonable price & most importantly of all — friendly friendly friendly. We buy are bagels here too. have to try their regular place on the other side of 535. Inside is small and can be busy during lunch hour but the service is quick. Even if you can’t sit, so what take your food to go and sit in your car and enjoy it. great job Perrotti’s!

We are new to the area and ventured out one day looking for a good lunch spot. We have struggled with being here and finding good, locally-owned places to eat. We are from the Atlanta area originally, and were getting rather disappointed. We tried this place because it was close to the house and on the back of my kids’ school fundraiser card — *that’s a plus right there* — supporters of local education! Anyway, the staff were superbly friendly, offered suggestions, engaged us in conversation, etc. The food was outstanding. My husband had the Pastramageddon and I had the Rachel. Both were fantastic — the type of sandwich you dream about. We will definitely be back and we cannot wait to go check out the full deli.

I have always enjoyed the original Perotti’s, and being that the Express is closer to my home, I thought I would give it a try! With«Express» in the name, I knew that it would be smaller scale, and from talking to the owner before it opened, I knew that they were not going to selling their deli items due to Publix being in the shopping center. There are very few seats in a crammed dining area, so in the future I will only come when I am looking to take items«to go» My favorite sandwich, the«Roast Beast» made it over to the Express menu(but it is on a sub, not a kaiser roll), so I had no complaints; however, my husband tried to get a sandwich with cheddar cheese, and they told him they don’t carry it there. I also noticed that the«make your own» sandwich notepads were missing from this location. Also, there are not any deli salads(macaroni, potato, etc.) The folks working in this location were very friendly, and more than happy to customize when possible, but the options were a bit more limited.
