Worst customer service from management I’ve ever experienced. She didn’t even know they sold glasses or even made glasses without hinges! I don’t know which is worse, but I do know her customer service skills are lacking.

This place is fantastic! The entire staff is super friendly and the Dr. Was terrific. The girl (can’t remember her name) who helped with my insurance coverage was awesome! It was also great to have her opinion while I was trying different frames. I just picked up my new glasses and love them. Will definitely go back for my next office visit. I highly recommend.

Wow. I have found my new eye doctor. Everyone in every position is helpful, patient and explains everything. I never knew how to take a proper eye exam until I went here. I got poor service and too strong a prescription from my former eye doctor, so I was coming and paying out of pocket. They gave me a couple discounts to ease the financial burden. The eye doctor explained everything to me and was patient. I never felt rushed and I felt like a priority. I am so very pleased with everyone there and the care they took of me.

Great doctor and staff! I’ve been a patient here for about 3 years. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, and they always take time to explain my insurance benefits and co-​pays. They also have a very extensive selection of eyeglass frames, and are happy to help select the right frames for my face. They were also able to help my mother-​in-​law, who was visiting from out of town, with an eye emergency. Highly recommend this local business!

Professional and detailed eye doctor.

The Eye Place really went out of their way, above and beyond to help me during my vacation last week. I was spending the weekend at Disney and on the last ride of the first day, I lost my contact lense. I didn’t bring any extras with me… Ugh! My eye doctor is in California, so I thought I was going to have to wait for hours for them to open and my day would be gone. When I called The Eye Place, Kelly was extremely helpful in getting me in immediately the next morning, and gave me directions to get there from our hotel. Everyone working there was so kind to me and they were extremely accommodating. I got in, out, and back to Disney very quickly.

I went to 6 other opticians but none of them had the XL size glasses that I was looking for and would not special order anything, even my optician that I have been going to for 8 years. I walked right in and they had the xl frames that will fit me! Thank you «eye place»!!! Great experience!!!

I have not had an eye exam in 12 years! Everyone I interacted with made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Quach and Arturo were friendly and knowledgable; I was confident in their care. Arturo was also incredibly helpful in picking out frames and explaining my vision coverage, and so patient while I made a decision.

This is my second year with my insurance here at The Eye Place. I am very glad they moved into the Lakeside Shopping Village. Dr. Quach has been wonderful helping my aging eyes see a little better each year. She has worked with me to help me find the best contact for my comfort and needs. The store is well lit with plenty of choices of styles and frames. I will continue being a loyal customer.

The last time I had my eyes checked was at a hospital, so this was a whole different experience. My first impression was good. The store was clean, well lit and set up very nicely. I was greeted by friendly staff upon my arrival. I had to fill out a quick questionnaire (2 sided) since I was a first time patient and then when I was done I was asked to take a seat. After a short wait, a technician took me back into a room to do a couple of tests (images of my eye) before I was seen by Dr. M. I was taken back out to the waiting room and given a tray to start shopping for frames while i waited. The gentleman who helped me shop for frames looked at what I was picking out to see what I liked and then helped bring me similar options. They have many designer brand displays of frames and sunglasses, cost conscientious options and everything in between (stylish, statement, classic, geek sheek etc.) After I picked out some frames, I was called back to see the Dr. Dr. M was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. He asked questions about what was going on with my eyes and then did all of the typical eye tests. He determined that I needed a reading glass prescription for eye stress due to working in front of a computer. I had to have my eyes dilated so once he put the drops in my eyes I was able to go back to the store to finish my frame shopping. I was able to sit and try on all of the frames that I liked until I found the perfect pair. I was called back to Dr. M’s exam room one more time so he could check my eyes while dilated and then I was done. They had already pulled my insurance information so they could tell me what my benefit covered. I paid and was told my glasses would be ready in 7 – 10 days. I chose a beautiful Tiffany frame, a little pricey but that’s to be expected with designer brands. I initially came because it was close to my apartment, but I will come back and definitely recommend The Eye Place because of the friendly, professional customer service and the beautiful store and selection.

While on vacation, my son’s lens popped out of his glasses. Not knowing anywhere to go, I found The Eye Place on google. Arturo was so professional and graciously fixed and cleaned my son’s glasses and did not even charge me. Very attractive store with beautifully displayed merchandise.

This is a beautifully appointed eyeglass store with an extremely helpful and enthusiastic staff. Prices for frames seems reasonable, and they take Disney insurance. Dr. Quach is an excellent optometrist, and takes the time to explain what she’s doing, and get every detail of your prescription correct. An excellent customer service experience.
