I’ve been to this store more than 10 times and it’s finally time for a horrible review. Every time I have been in here the staff has been very unfriendly, and this last time they reversed my shipment and sent it today to my office instead of the location halfway across the country!
Where I come from it’s cordial to greet people and greet them back not to ignore my friendly greeting only to say «what do you need» after I say «Hi, how are you today»? If you don’t purchase something from them or ask them to pack something so they can charge you an additional fee, they give you horrible service!

Slower service than other UPS stores I have been in, but I am patient unlike some of the other people that were here. If people would actually have addresses ahead of time it might be less of a wait then. Common sense but some people can’t be born with it.

These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with them to open up. They were helpful in answering my questions about having local mail go to this location. I have also been in need of some new business cards. They showed me quite of few options that to date, I had only seen online.
