Aside from it being super busy and having to wait quite a while, this is one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in a long time. Dawn was very friendly and talkative and I like that in a nail tech. Tom was amazing and he achieved the perfect stiletto nail shape I wanted. Very reasonably priced. The only negative thing about it was the bitchy customers being rude to the techs!

Went with my daughter law for pedicures. Salon was dirty and staff unfriendly.
Worst pedicure ever. Done in under 20 minutes. More like an expensive polish change and even with that I only got top coat applied to one foot!
Never go back.

My experience started by walking in and being greater by a very friendly woman I assumed was the owner. Next, I see a man that is stretched out from one chair to the next with his shoes off watching tv. His bare feet sitting where I’m hoping I won’t be. Gross.
Next I had a gel manicure. It was horrible. All of my nails were filed differently, I had polish on my skin. And it lasted 1 day before chipping. The whole point of gel is that it lasts 2 weeks!
Next I had an eyebrow wax. Big mistake, not only did I immediately have to pluck them to even them out, but as she was using strips to remove the wax she was putting the stick to apply wax in her mouth dropped wax on my hair and used the chewed on stick the entire time.

Friendly service, comfortable massage chair, the hot rocks are wonderful! I will not hesitate to return here for another pedi!

Beyond the massage chair, they take their time and use hot rocks with the leg massage — nice treat.
