I’m sorry to say but the 99 cent menu at Wendy’s is the best bang for your buck. I get the chili, even with some«other» places that claim their chili is the best,. They still can’t touch the Wendy’s chili. I would recommend getting the Cesar side salad, and chicken nuggets,(rip the nuggets apart and put them in the chili), and then pour the chili-nugget concoction all over the salad. Trust me, $ 3 never tasted so good. Maybe I should call it the T-money Chili Salad. Decisions, decisions.
