Two take out orders in a row we asked for turkey burgers with lettuce and tomato mayo on the side. Two times both turkey burgers were dry! We will never waste our time there again! Can I give a negative one star!!!

The chicken is to die for, prepare a good sea salad for all the sea lettece we will be eating in 2070 after the paradigm shift in time. Go teach starving kids in Africa how to write javascript. Well cooked, waiter was friendly, good selection of drinks and desserts. We only gave 3 years till the world ends. I’m looking for bright minds to solve the world’s problems. Real smart people. Pass the pepper sticks sally.

The bartender has no personality and comes across as she doesn’t want to be here! I hardly visit here but because I was out of food and on my way home I decided to come here as my last resort. The food is eh — had the salmon rice and zucchini. Rice taste like it was yesterday left overs and zucchini was a bad choice on my part. Salmon is decent for chain restaurant. This bartender needs to inform her customer ruby relaxer large is only a dollar more! If I knew I would of made mine a large!

My Husband and I stopped in for a late lunch. I ordered the Po’Boy Flatbread without onion. The waitress told me I had to have it with onion because the onions and peppers are pre-mixed. So I excepted this. When my Flatbread came out. It took forever by the way. The Shrimp were raw. I told the waitress. Who acted as if I were confused. Returned with a new Flatbread, and a manager saying they cooked the shrimp double the time, and again they were not only raw. But also never had been deveined. Trust me I know Shrimp!!! I am a Chef!!! Hopefully no one gets sick!

Not recommended. Poor service and took them forever to get the main courses ready. Steaks are generally overcooked. Out of my 4 visits with friends over the passed year, they have only got my steak right once. The salad bar isn’t bad, but that shouldn’t be a selling point at a steak house/bar Drinks isn’t bad but overall subpar compared to other chained restaurants of Ruby Tuesday.

I had a steak which was good. My wife had a burger which was awful. The salad bar was good. The host was nice but when she went to seat us the table and booth was dirty. The server was not attentive. We had to ask for refills, napkins(only brought us one), and catchup. If you don’t like your job go do what you like. Won’t be back.

I had a rib-eye steak that was not cooked as requested(it came medium-well instead of medium) and it was terribly grizzly and fatty. The ‘fresh’ broccoli had something salty on it that was almost overwhelming. The salad bar is still pretty good, wish they offered something other than deep-fried croutons. It’s ok for a less expensive fast meal when you’re on the go.

Went here with my son for a burger. Entering the front you could smell old oil or what I soon learned were the restrooms, which we were seated near. But, not too near… the table appeared to not have been cleaned with salt/grease from previous diners, which had me looking around noticing the overall filthy dusty condition of this chain restaurant. It was awful considering we’re entering prime flu season. Ordered two bacon cheese burgers 1 well(mine) 1med/well. The manager delivered them neither was cooked properly. As I bite into mine it’s extremely tough! I looked down to see a foreign object cooked inside if my burger which I then snapped a picture of to share with all of you folks. Apparently it was the cheese wrapper the cooks neglected to remove before cooking it into my burger. Hence… should have left at the front door…

My mom wanted to come here for her birthday dinner tonight and everything was pretty good but I would especially like to say that our waitress and the manager were amazing! They comped my soup because it wasn’t warm enough for me and they were out of crackers and I didn’t even ask them to! Good customer service goes a long way! Waitress was Pam and she was great especially since we had a large group!

Consistently average. If your shopping at Wal-Mart takes you longer than expected and you get hungry, this is z convenient place to stop for a glad of wine and some decent(though not dazzling) food. I tried the spaghetti squash marinara off the pasta menu as it was only 260 calories and I have to say it wasn’t bad. With the salad bar to start it hit the spot and I even took half home!

Waitress was pretty rude at lunch. It was like we were a bother to her. She left us without drinks for quite some time. Never did bring out the biscuits that were coming out of the oven in a minute. Fish was under-seasoned and the side dish of tomatoes was soaking in 3 inches of dressing. Never checked on us once she set the food down. All in all overpriced for mediocre food and poor service.

It’s part of a chain, so you know what to expect. I go for the hamburgers, for me the best in the area. It is always pleasant and good value.

I hate to say it, but we’re almost regulars at this location. What can I say? It’s right by the Wal-Mart, where we do grocery shopping once a week. It’s convenient, and the service is friendly and quick. I’m a sucker for a salad bar, and Ruby Tuesday is known for their salad bar. Sometimes with a salad bar, you get a lot of crappy, rotten veggies and lettuce, but I have yet to go here and not have crisp, fresh, bright veggies! Their salad bar is well cared for, the staff are always on the ball refilling things, which I really appreciate. The waitresses are incredibly friendly, always willing to check on things like ingredients and how things are cooked, and I have yet to get a dish and it not to be cooked precisely as I ordered it. There was only one instance in which we had a kind of … well … weird waiter. But otherwise? Perfect service. Even when we showed up and there was a leak in the ceiling, we had quick, attentive service. The restaurant is never packed when we go, but most of the time it’s been inclement weather and I think the waitresses are happy to see some faces and make some tips. Piping hot, fresh, unique, and innovative — I have to hand it to Ruby Tuesday for not falling into the rut of a lot of these chain restaurants like Applebee’s and the like. It really is delicious food!

I really love this Ruby Tuesday’s location. I have gone to it a number of times in recent months and have almost always had great service. The food is pretty much standard so you know what to expect. The hosts at the door is always very nice and personable, which is nice to have when being greeted. Also I have been helped by a different server each time(probably been at least 5 times in the last 2 months), and I would say 4 of them were great. 1 server was a bit strange but was nice and got the order right, not much more you can ask for than that!
