Dunkin’ Donuts

The group by Gate 2 is clearly not interested in customer service. Three people behind the counter, but all too busy to wait on customers. I walked away.

I received some of the worst customer service that I have ever had at this Dunkin Donuts.
My friends and I were travelling to Mexico on Monday, April 28 at 6:30 AM. We were in desperate need off coffee and were happy to see that There was a Dunkin Donuts that opened at 4:30 AM. Unfortunately, they failed to open on time. Along with at least 15 other people, we stood at the gate from 4:30−5 (the time that they actually managed to open). The employees were behind the gate carrying on a conversation with each other and taking their time. Nobody even acknowledged any of us standing by the gate, or apologized for their late opening.
When they finally opened, a miserable looking female employee walked out to push back the gate and still did not say a word to the now angry crowd. She started moving things around us, ignored us, and never once cracked a smile or even looked anyone in the eye.
I work in a restaurant that also opens early in the morning. I understand that it’s not always easy to be pleasant and alert at those hours, but it’s unacceptable to be THAT miserable to customers who are probably just as exhausted.
I hope that whoever manages this store will rethink their employees, or at least deal with their apparent attitude problems.

I have never written a review for anywhere at an airport as i hold low expectations for any place in an airport. However, this particular one i felt necessary. I went there for a breakfast sandwich and coffee at a very busy time mid-​morning. One of the employees was actually so rude i was flaber-​gasted (sp?). She actually yelled at the man in front of me because he didn’t immediately answer when she called his sandwich — saying «Don’t you know what you ordered» and making a face at him. Really? She should be fired. I cannot recall her name, but she was a somewhat «stocky/​not skinny» girl, caucasian, and i think had gages in her ears (or something like that). Overall she was mean and nasty and should not be working in customer service, or anywhere in public.
In addition, they were very busy and not the best equipped overall.

I love dunkin donuts but this one (by gate 2) has 12 people in line, one person slowly waiting on them, one person alphabetizing signs, 3 wandering in and out of the break room and no manager in sight, even on request. Pray your flight is delayed.

This is by far — and consistently — the most inefficient service at a Dunkin Donuts (or any fast food facility for that matter) that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Unfortunately it’s also the only option, and my love for the coffee keeps me begrudgingly returning, though not without the irritation of which I am always guaranteed.

Seattle doesn’t have a single Dunkin Donuts … none!!!
It is always a joy to come across one in my business travels. Always deserve stopping in for a drip coffee and a cake donut. I don’t need the fancy stuff, but I sure like the dimple stuff!!!

Really good iced coffee. Accessible through security checkpoint only. Takes cards.

One of the great things about coming to Hartford from San Francisco is that there are a plethora of Dunkin Donuts to indulge til my heart’s content
SF sadly doesn’t have any Dunkin Donuts so it’s a treat to come back East & have a little DD & it’s something I def make part of every journey
How happy we were to find this location at the airport… this is the «real» Dunkin Donuts located inside the Bradley International airport, in front of Gate 24… not some stand or kiosk or a location outside the terminal but an honest to goodness DD — to send travelers off in the most delightful way!
Opening at 5am, there was already a line of eager people waiting to be sugared & caffeinated & I was one of those people
Offering breakfast sandwiches on Bagels or English Muffins in addition to shelves of donuts, munchkins, muffins, there’s certainly something for everyone!
Super-​large black DD Coffee for me!
Have been sadly missing DD coffee — the proper DD coffee that only DD can make, I was ecstatic at every sip of my cuppa… really the only way to describe it would be nectar of the gods
They have different flavor shots you can add from Hazelnut to French Vanilla (just to name a couple)
Saw they also offer espresso drinks — but for me, DD always equals Black Coffee
Every sip from 1^st to last was strong w/​hints of chocolate, wood & earth. Not a single drop of bitterness but smooth all the way
Sometimes I’ll get them to mix it w/​cream & sugar — they have a special way to mix it so it’s the perfect combo for a sweet treat but it also stands alone… and THAT makes for some good drinkin’
