I’ve spent three weeks in Vietnam and Phở 75 has the freshest and most authentic Vietnamese food I’ve ever had in the United States. The owner is one of the nicest guys you will meet, very representative of the welcoming, fun, and personable Vietnamese people I met in Vietnam as well. He is always excited to see me and appreciates my difficult attempt to speak some Vietnamese. Most importantly, the food is delicious and absolutely worth multiple visits to try various items on the menu, all incredibly good!

Tasty stuff. I work about 15 minutes from this place and sadly none of my coworkers are adventurous eaters(unless you consider nearby Bear’s BBQ to be adventurous) so I finally cajoled another buddy to meet me here for lunch on a Friday. I have ordered takeout from here in the past(fresh spring rolls and crispy rolls) and found it just ok. The crispy rolls were too crisp for sure. This time I wanted phở and ordered a small shrimp phở and split some crispy rolls with my friend. The phở was… served without a plate of goodness(no sprouts, no lime, nothing). I asked«where’s the other stuff» and the waitress(I think) said«you got a small so…». I was confused completely by this but I’m kind of meek and didn’t push the issue. I did like the soup. The broth and noodles were nummers and there was more shrimp than I was expecting. The crispy rolls this time were awesome. I could live on those alone. My friend who had never had Vietnamese food ordered from their lunch combo special menu and had a plate of grilled chicken with jasmine rice(nothing too crazy) and she really seemed to like it. I finished my order off with a pineapple bubble tea and was pleased, as has been mentioned in other reviews, that it’s served in a to-go cup. I could tell when I returned to my office with said cup that people were jealous and wondered where I got such an exotic beverage in Windsor, CT. I also want to mention… they are SLAMMING at lunch time. Streams of people coming in for takeout and dine in food. The décor is among the nicest I’ve seen at a Vietnamese place… it’s nice and cozy. There’s a tv on the back wall that displays a video of delicious food that they serve and if you’re like me(easily distracted, especially by food) don’t face that way. Face out! Otherwise you’ll barely listen to your friend as you two catch up over lunch. I’m fairly easy to please. I’m definitely docking a star for the missing plate of phở-goodness.

This place was delicious except it was a bit expensive. The phở dac biet was awesome, with great protein variety and perfect noodles and broth. I would definitely come here again, I wish it weren’t so far from me. In terms of CT phở this was one of my favorites. I also like the weird interior.

Love this place! We get take out pretty frequently but also eat there every once in a while. The phở is great, one of the best broths I’ve had. I’ve only tried the steak and chicken, but I recommend both. The potstickers and wings are also very tasty. The restaurant itself is very cozy and the decorations suit the cuisine nicely. They also have a TV at the back showing you real photos/video of the food they make.

Unilocal! Says it all… Eek! Methinks not! Went to this place twice and will not coming back… Phở sure! Phở broth tastes so… Fake! Noodle overcooked. Go to phở 501 to taste what real broth is… Spring rolls are just OK. 70% cheapy ice berg lettuce. Vietnamese crepes are horrible. It does not take Vietnamese to judge how crappy it is. Over priced for sure. Tasteless. Only have 3 pieces of halved shrimps in each crepes with crap load of bean sprout. Taro milk tea is disgusting. 70% ice. This place is so stingy! Service is suck especially the lady. It is obvious that I put my glass on the edge of the table to get refill… No sir… I have to ask. Never come back!

The food was good. Not great but very good phở with lots of fresh herbs. The summer rolls suffered from an abundance of lettuce. The shrimp were good. We both enjoyed the pot stickers. What made me go with 3 stars was the unfriendliness of one member of the staff. No greeting when we came in, just pointed at a table and then dropped the bill while we were in the middle of our meal. He missed a chance to sell some coffeeThe other staff member was pleasant.

Mmmm cold soup on a cold day! Delicious! I love my phở needing to be heated in a microwave! What was even better was the staff acting like a bunch of elderly people annoyed with that god dang rap music. I’ve tried Phở 75 three too many times due to my(ex)friend(ex for making me go there) wanting phở, and sadly being in the area. Take the fifteen minutes and drive to Phở Saigon in Springfield and get the phở WE deserve.

Good Phở. Plenty of fresh vegetables. They give you all the spices at the table to adjust the heat to your taste. I also had an Avocado Smoothie, it was tasty withy a hint of wood. Not too sweet. Great restaurant.

Decided to have lunch at Phở 75. Husband ordered the Vietnamese Pad Thai. He said some of the seafood inside was a bit chewy. The rest was very flavorful though. Slightly overpriced for size of meal. The waiter could have been more attentive considering only four folks were in there. Don’t expect refills on soft drinks. Only canned here. The ginger honey lime tea was very nice though. I had the coconut curry meal which had lots of root veggies and chicken. Excellent flavor. All and all a nice place, just that the staff could be friendlier, not just putting the food on your table via another server from back and walking away(?) it’s clean and pretty inside with a nice quiet atmosphere. Next time we will try the lunch specials.

I came here for lunch with some colleagues on a week day. They have a small lunch special menu, so we found it tough to find something we could all get at the steal price. In fact, the winners at the table were not from the lunch menu. Their phở was solid — seemingly more authentic than other local places and, thankfully, not overly salty — and their pad thai was pretty huge. The people working here were really nice and appreciated the needed speed during a workday lunch. The menu has a lot of different types of dishes on it, too — including some that aren’t traditionally Vietnamese — so I’d definitely come back to try more of their dishes.

Great vegetarian options. I would recommend going into the restaurant rather than getting takeout or delivery. Our food came out really quick and was really tasty. Plus, they have plenty of different sauces ranging from sweet to spicy to top off your dish. I would definitely recommend!

Had a pretty good meal here. The fresh spring rolls were exceptional. The combination Phở was very good, but the meat in it was a bit gristle-y. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth was awesome. I also had the lychee cocktail… I thought it was just OK, but maybe I’m just not a sweet cocktail guy. Service was efficient if not particularly friendly. I think I’d do take out next time.

Phở 75 is magnificent! Sometimes, I wonder if I’m too old and crotchety to be satisfied eating out. Then, something like eating at Phở 75 happens, and I know I can still be completely wowed. This restaurant is within a half mile of Bradley Airport, and located in an unassuming strip mall. What attracted me here was the vegan menu, a small subset of a Vietnamese menu with something for everyone. I began my dinner with a honey tea with lime and ginger that was a perfect combination of flavors. Then, I had crispy rolls and phở, which were both heavenly. At this point, I dug into a beautiful assembled dish of rice cake with veggies and wonderfully marinated tofu. The sauces, textures and tastes were total perfection. Each bite reaffirmed to me that food can be a hedonistic delight, and not just something to satisfy the need for fuel.

Great place! Close to the airport. Nice atmosphere and a pretty nice menu. I love Phở and I am particular about it. This place did not disappoint. The broth was excellent and the meat flavorful and tender. My friend had the beef curry and that too was excellent. I am giving the place 4 stars because there was no desert menu.

Had lunch here one afternoon after flying into Bradley International Airport. It’s right outside the airport — so very convenient. I ordered a regular Phở Ga, and a glass of water with lime. Phở came out steaming hot with a large plate of aromatics(bean sprouts, lime wedge, one jalapeño slice, and basil. The basil was wilted and had seen better days. I was puzzled as to why they only gave me one slice of jalapeño. I asked for more and they brought me three more slices. And it was the mildest jalapeño I’ve had in a long time. It was more like eating green bell pepper. I added everything to the broth and tasted. The broth had good flavor. I added a lot of Sriracha sauce to get the heat up to where I like it. Pros: — Good Phở Ga broth flavor — Broth was steaming hot — Chicken was tender and tasty — Service was good — Restaurant was bright and clean Cons — Only served one slice of Jalapeño, asked for more, was not hot — Basil was wilted — Broth had a bit of an oily texture to it — There was not enough chicken in the bowl

I can’t believe I have not reviewed this place before. Although not quite up to California standards, for CT this is a great Vietnamese restaurant. It does not list the menu items in Vietnamese which makes it difficult to figure out what the dishes are, but you can order the Vietnamese name and they know what you want. I heard a middle aged white dude order Gi cun. We got our usual: spring roll, imperial roll, shaking beef and chicken salad. We enjoyed all. The spring rolls were obviously freshly rolled. They came out last. So folks, please don’t complain about having to wait for food in «foreign» restaurants. Food takes time to prepare. cm n!

Well, I was pleasantly surprised to find phở in Windsor Locks! I had the rare steak small phở and it was pretty decent. The broth was flavorful but a touch salty for my tastes. I’d go back again if I’m in the area, but there are some other Vietnamese restaurants closer to Hartford that have better brother(in my humble opinion). Also, I really wish this place had Vietnamese sandwiches because those are my favorite. I’d definitely come back if they had sandwiches!

Best phở in Hartford. I’ve tried 2 others in West Hartford and they don’t beat this place. A little pricey but there’s only a handful of Vietnamese restaurants around. I’ve eaten here twice and had the phở, fried rice and chicken wings all which were flavored the way I like. I’m exceptionally critical of my Vietnamese food since I’m surrounded by it where I’m from. If I’m around the airport, I’ll always swing by to get a good meal.
