Mike was SUPER helpful when we needed a pest inspection for our new home in Petaluma
and turned out to be a first class contractor when it came to doing some repairs related to
to termite damage, stucco and floor repair. I highly recommend his services!!!

I contacted Buena Vista because of an active subterranean termite infestation in our house in Sebastopol — termites swarming inside a room! I left a message yesterday, received a prompt call-​back and requested they send Bill Mashek because a friend has had great experiences with him over the years, including recently. He came out today and demonstrated that he clearly knows about termites and the best treatment options. I did not have to request the least toxic method, since he said that has been his personal philosophy for years and that Buena Vista subscribes to using the most people– and environment– friendly products. I’m waiting for the office to coordinate the treatment with my schedule, and will update the review.

Had the folks at Buena Vista Co come out and treat the perimeter of my barn for Subterranean termites. They did such a good job that when I had a hardwood floor buckling issue and suspected water under the house, I called Buena Vista yet again. The crew foreman, Gerardo, came out crawled under the house, confirmed my suspicions, and discussed drainage options. We decided to go with a sump pump on the exterior of the house, and a drainage scheme to draw water to the pump. They completed the work in just one day, were neat, and did a great job. When the late-​January storms came, the sump pump was put to the test. Mission accomplished!
