Geez! I’m shocked to see these low ratings. I just ran in to get a coffee refill, completely forgetting my wallet. Even though I went back out for money, the young women insisted on giving it to me on the house. I’ve only had positive experiences here.

Have gotten the wrong order several times. Which is a big deal considering I’m lactose intolerant. When someone asks for soy/almond milk and are willing to pay extra, generally there is an allergy involved and isn’t optional. Always asked what my order was once I get to the window again. Severely unorganized operation!!!

The Dunkin Donuts in Windsor is terrible. First, the drive-thru was ridiculously difficult to navigate due to its short and skinny layout. Next, the menu. It was hard to understand and didn’t show prices next to foods. I asked about the«Daily Special» and was told there was no such thing. There was however, a «Managers Special» that wasn’t listed on any menu or flyer. Lastly, the donuts were flavorless, dry and artificial while the hot chocolate was served at a temperature similar to lava. For a cheaper, tastier experience, go to Mr. Yo’s Donuts just up the street. They blow any Dunkin Donuts out of the water. All in all, I wouldn’t go here again, and I warn any bystanders people to avoid it like the plague.

5 people working at 8:45 am on a Wednesday. 2 people in line and nobody in the drive through. It took me 10 minutes to walk out with 2 donuts. Poor young lady working the register, was obviously new. None of the other workers helped her, they just let me stand there while she fumbled around with the order in front of me. Customer service sucks, and in the morning when one is in a hurry, it discourages me from ever stopping here again.

This store has failed from the start. I live in town and have given them a break since they opened several months ago. I understand there’s a learning curve for a new location(really there shouldn’t be with proper management) but it’s been long enough. I’ve lost count of how many times my order has been messed up both at the drive though and at the counter. Quality of product and service are both one star rated at this location and it’s a shame because the town really needs a brand such as DD. My hope is that this review encourages the owners either find new management, change they way they operate, or that the franchise recognizes their brand isn’t being represented they way they intended in this location.

We had placed a large order(10 dozen donuts and 4 boxes of coffee) yesterday for an 8am company meeting this morning. When I went to pick up the order they had forgotten about it and it wasn’t filled. They had an excellent opportunity to win our corporate business(1200 local employees) with this purchase but with their mismanagement of their preorders we will continue to use Mr. Yo’s

So a brand new DD opens in 2015 and they continue to ignore gluten free options? Freakin’ ridiculous. Otherwise pretty standard donuts, eh coffee and somewhat surly service. Why do people from the east coast think this place is so great?
