I was looking for grilled white meat and after going to Fox trail location, ordering and only to get to the window and then be told they don’t have any, I called ahead to this location and the young lady said «we don’t have any but we can cook some for you.» Talk about great customer service

This KFC and A& W was aweful… Every table was dirty when you walk in service was horrible. The biscuits were very doughy, every order was made wrong, things were burned and there was bones in the bbq chicken. The staff didn’t seem to care and we waited 35 min before even getting our drink cups and another 15 before our food finally came and when it did the order was wrong and half of the food we ordered was burnt. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Filthy and disgusting! We waited over 20 minutes for two meals and were still missing a side. There weren’t any napkins, utensils or straws in the dispensers, but plenty on the floor. This place was so dirty we will never be eating there again.

Food was good.
However, this is one of the most FILTHY places that I’ve ever eaten at.
The floors had food and trash scattered throughout the store, table tops were sort of clean, bench seats were super dirty and sticky, the sides of the table (where you rest your sleeves) — had old food stuck to it that looked to have been there for years. Old food in the window sill. The bathrooms were ok, but not stocked with paper towels so that I could clean my own table.
To top it off, they got our order wrong.

This place gives KFC a bad name. Have been here for the third and final time as they did not have the chicken I was hungry for and they tried to get me to settle for what they had prepared. Rudd staff and preoccupied to my needs. Failure.

KFC/A&W combo. The chicken is exactly what you expect from a KFC. The A&W is a day food hamburger place. Not the best around but far better than McDonald’s.

The food always makes you sick, they never have anything ready or out of it for the day. How can every store /​restaurant in Windsor be so crappy? It seems like everyone that is native or has lived in Colorado for to long has gone insane…

Poor service and raw chicken and the manager calls us liars. I have put up with the smallest pieces of chicken from this place in the past. I have also put up with them not having grilled chicken available without a long wait. I have even put up with cold french fries but now I need to call them out on this one. Raw chicken can get people sick, you should be ashamed of yourself. KFC, please right this ship.

Been here a couple times now. I got a bucket meal, the chicken was great and the sides were standard, unfortunately the biscuits were dry and stale. The staff is friendly and helpful!
