Polite staff and attentive to their job. I asked about the oil for my diesel and they told me the 5 qts were included plus fee for additional. This seems standard biz for even Grease Monkey. Not the fastest service and I’d rather get out of the truck and hit Ace Hardware while they do the service – but I was in no rush. They were careful in checking their work after the service. I’d try them again.

I went in to get my oil changed and asked how much the service would cost. I was told 29 $ for the regular oil or 39 $ for the upgrade. So naturally I asked for the cheaper deal. However they told me they were all out of the 5 – 20 my V6 ford runs on. I would have expected them to at least meet me half way since they were out of my oil or even better offer the regular price. Nope he said theres nothing I can do, you can come back next week. I was in a bind as every other place I had gone to was too busy and I was taking a long trip the next day. So I said ok. They were very fast which was nice, I hope everything was done that they said though. Then when I went to pay the guy said «we forgot to tell you that the prie only covers the first 5 quarts of oil. I was upset by then. Bad Choice, I will not be returning or recommending.
