Superb Breakfast. This is a great breakfast chain. The pancakes with raspberry yogurt are excellent and unique. The Mexican scramble is my favorite item I’ve had so far. They even have grits! I wish we had this chain in Michigan. I’ve never been to a better breakfast chain. The coffee is top notch as well as is the service.

There are not a lot of options in this town for breakfast. This is definitely the best choice. Great friendly services and good food.

Apparently one of the most popular places to have a traditional breakfast in Windsor. The food is consistent, hot and fast thanks to the personal. This is where you’ll find the regular pancake specials, varieties of omelets, etc. They do not however have traditional hash browns but rather ‘country style’ potatoes. That to me is a let down when you don’t have the choice. The bacon is the most flavorful I think I’ve had at any breakfast place… suspiciously so. Sometimes it can get hoppin busy, especially on the weekend mornings but thankfully there’s a commercial suite parking lot if you don’t mind waiting around. The staff was always friendly to me and I’m certain some of the local «old guys club» regulars have a tendency to meet here.

The Egg and I are available to be franchised, and the first person to open one in So Cal is gonna be rich. This is a fabulous breakfast/lunch only place. It is always packed. I come here EVERY time I’m in Colorado, I don’t care how long the line is. I love their strawberry fields forever, if they still have it, its their take on french toast, using croissant as the bread, with strawberries ALLL OVER. LOVE this place. Love it.
