They’ve been doing my husbands shirts for almost a year. They do an okay job. We had to convince them not to dry clean cotton shirts that launder fine. Their ironing is a bit sloppy sometimes. But their prices are reasonable and they are very pleasant to deal with.
I cannot recommend their alterations at all. I brought my choral performance dress to them for shortening. I repeated half a dozen times that the dress needed to be 1″ from the floor. In spite of trying on the dress with the shoes, when I got the dress home after paying $ 26, it was dragging on the floor. I went back and she admitted that she hadn’t shortened the back but was going to charge me another $ 22 to fix it. Thanks but no thanks.

We were in town for a wedding, and we needed our formal wear cleaned and pressed. We found Palm’s Cleaner to be reasonably priced and reliable. We included a cushion of time but our clothes were ready for pick up within a few days. The clerks were professional and courteous. We found their English to be fine, unlike a previous reviewer.

They provide great service, including one day service and alterations, with all the latest equipment. My clothes do not smell like chemicals and they are clean and pressed. I’ve been getting my clothes dry cleaned here for many years and have never had any issues. They’re also honest and make sure you get back anything that you happened to leave in your pockets.
