I went in to get a refill, I wanted an Acrylics with regular nail polish, they kept trying To convince me to get gel so I though okay ya it’s going to be a bit more money but I bet they will do an excellent job so what the heck I left them and they did a scary job. I could not believe I literally payed in totally 60 $. I was so angry and disappointed never returning.

Got a pedicure done while my daughter got a mani-​pedi with gel. Lots of color options. Prices posted all over so you know exactly what you’re paying. The place is clean and everyone is nice. She made sure the water was just the right temp and even added more hot water to make it warmer. The hot stones and lotion massage was relaxing. We are definitely coming back!

Got a manicure yesterday. They are really clean (which is hard to find) and friendly. She did an awesome job cleaning my nails up, and it was only $ 15! I was also back here in July for my sisters wedding and I had gotten gels. They lasted almost a month. Will definitely be back.

Love everyone that works here! I always feel welcomed and they know me by name when I walk in. They never rush and always make sure to do an awesome job that last a long time. Best with gel manicure.

Love the ladies at Palm Nail Spa! They are experts at what they do! Pedicures include the hot rocks, a wrap, and a wonderful massage! They are obviously concerned about cleanliness– plastic basin linings, sanitized instruments, & new files! Same day appt if you call early! Thank you, Ann, Helen, Gina, & company!

Palms is great. The ladies do such a great job, my mani/​pedis last forever. They’re so sweet, and always fit me in. They do fantastic gel manis!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The lady I had, the sister of the one with bangs was the worst. The one I had was displeasure of meeting was the one without bangs. She came out and immediately said how tired she was. Then didn’t offer any upgrades when I asked what the orange peel was. When she couldn’t get all the nail polish off my toes (and it was NOT shellac), she soon after complained about «the sparkle», and filed the hell out of my toe nails still failing to get all of the polish off. Here’s an idea… Maybe let the nail polish remover sit on the nail for a little bit. Maybe this way you won’t tire yourself out so much? When I pointed out there was dirt under my toenails she said she only removed dirt under toenails on request because old people are sensitive. I am clearly not an elderly person with sensitive skin! I am 34 years old, and do not like like an elderly woman! Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, she began one of the most uncomfortable massages of my life. She scratched me with her nails through her gloves, and didn’t massage anything… More like grazed her hands up and down my legs. As I sat there with cold slimy legs her next move was to put hot towels on my legs. They fell off as she was patting the bottoms of my feet. Maybe she would have noticed had she had time to actually pay attention to the client sitting in front of her. When I told her I didn’t want any polish, and I would pay her for the work she had done she exclaimed, «what did I do wrong??»… I politely told her I shouldn’t have to ask for things that are usually included in a pedicure and her stating how tired she was was unprofessional. She the denied ever saying such a thing, and told me she wouldn’t charge me. As I uncomfortably slid out of the chair, she didn’t even bother lifting one side of the armrest to help me out, and kept exclaiming like a parrot, «I don’t know what I do wrong?!». Look lady, if you are too tired to go to work, then don’t go! Worst pedicure ever.

Super clean salon. They are very nice and love the hot stone pedicure. I highly recommend them!

Palms Nail Spa is still the best place in Sonoma County. The ladies are super good at what they do and all go out of their way to make you feel welcome and important. If you want nails that don’t come off until you want them to then this is the place for you!!!

Once again, Palms knocks it out of the park. These girls are always smiling & willing to go the extra mile to please the customer. Always a happy experience. LOTS of color selection, too.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever experienced. My cousin and I decided to get our toes done while visiting for a family reunion. We called ahead and got an appointment for 1 o’clock. Got there, no one was there, and they were immediately rushing us. While we were choosing colors they told us 3 times to sit in the pedicure chairs. Once we sat down, the ladies were rude and rushed. I wanted a flower design but before I could even say anything (every place I’ve been to asks before rushing me off) the lady was putting my shoes on and rushing me towards the dryer. There was no one there (besides a man who worked there getting his hands and toes done) so I’m not quite sure why they were rushing us. I usually tip very well, even with mediocre service, but today I was appalled and did the minimum I felt acceptable.

I have been going to this salon for a few years and I am very happy. The salon is very clean and the ladies that work here are funny and professional. I am always happy with my nails when I leave. In particular I want to defend Lisa because I have seen some really mean comments here about her. She does my pedicure regularly and always does a great job. She has never been rude. She is just quiet and detail oriented. I recommend all of the ladies that work at Palm Nail Spa. They also have a new girl named Emma that is great.

This place is amazing! I walked in and they took me right away, all the girls were very inviting. I got a BASIC pedicure, which lasted about 45 mins :) all the tools they use are disposable, which is major for health and sanitation. Their tubs use liners, also super clean and sanitary. The basic pedi has a massage, hot stone massage and hot towel massage. It was super inviting and warm and the ladies are just amazing. Very relaxing and affordable! Only $ 25 for a pedi… definitely coming back: D

All you need to know are 3 things.
1. They make you feel like family.
2. They are very clean.
3. They do a fantastic job.

Love this place! Lisa and Gina are amazing at nails! My gel manicure lasted for weeks and didn’t chip! All the staff are very cordial and sweet. Greatest naul salon in the area for sure!

I love coming here! The girls are so fun and nice. They’re always joking around, wanting to make you feel like at home! My nails look AMAZING every single time I visit. Definitely recommend to all my friends, and now fellow Unilocal friends :).

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but recently I went in for a Mani/​Pedi and was very disappointed. The only problem with the manicure was the lady doing them was rude. I had asked her if she’d fix the shape of a few of my nails since they were pointing and when I showed her which ones she pushed my hard away, rude and unprofessional. The pedicure was very rushed, I believe the whole pedicure lasted 15 min at most. Not very relaxing. She didn’t spend very much time on my cuticles which was a little bothersome. I know Palms is capable of providing good service, but this visit was very disappointing. I wasn’t to happy upon leaving, I expected more for what I paid. I won’t be returning.

Really great service! Worked with me when the colors I was picking were too light instead of just going ahead with a french you couldn’t see. Definitely coming back.

So far in Windsor, CA this is by far the best nail spot in the area/​town. They stand by their work and continue to exceed in style and technology. Their orange scrub removes the toughest dry heels. The salon is very friendly, energetic, welcoming and clean, clean, clean!
