Yen is absolutely amazing and a total sweetheart! She is patient and is always willing to try new things. Definitely worth the trip to Windsor and I will not go anywhere else!

For starters, she pushed way to hard with the drill, I continuously told her that she was burning my nails an it really hurt, her response was «you have sensitive hands» (i get my nails done regularly at place in rohnert park and have never been burned) I then asked the lady to push back my cuticles and she said okay with no problem didn’t say anything about an extra charge, she ended up not doing anything with them and charging me an extra 15 $ for it. My 55 $ nails looked awful and started lifting the very next day, ended up losing all of them in less than a week. The whole process took 2 hours. They do have free drinks so I guess if you can drink 55 $ worth of diet Pepsi it’s worth it. Total bust.

I was happy with this salon the 1^st few times, clean, nice personnel. My nails started breaking and chipping after each gel manicure, I’m sure due to the electric grinding tool they use to remove gel polish. The last removal, the woman ground my nail bed down so far, it hurt and now I have big gouges out of the nail enamel. Not happy at all with this place and definitely will never go back.

Love it here! When ever I am home in northern california I come here. They are so nice and do a great job!

liked this place at first, but after only 3 days my friends nail broke, and the nail ladies we’re rude and put the wrong color on her nails and laughed at us when we said the color was different. and just now my nail broke and I’m livid. not okay! I’m out of town and there’s no where to get it fixed. for 40 $ these nails should last me a while and they already broke and the paint is wearing off very quickly! FUCK PASSION NAILS!

This place is by far my favorite place to get my nails done. They are always so sweet and friendly! They always know exactly what I want and how I want it! They are all very good at what they do. And they are also very clean. Over all they just really go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I will never go anywhere else! :D

Came here because I was passing thru the town and this was the nearest salon I found. They had me waiting for so long and couldn’t walk out Cuz they had already glued the nails and left me like that for 2 hours. When they had finished my nails I had a lot of air bubbles and weird pointy parts on my thumbs and on top of that they charged me $ 38 for a crappy full set with no designs !

I have been very pleased with the service I have received. They have done a great job on my nails and have lots of gel colors to choose from. I would definitely recommend them.

I love the woman here ! Amazing skills especially using Gel polish ! In very picky been so many places and I finally a place where I can stay and call my spot. I love my nails each time and they shape them beautifully ! There not rough nor rude ! They even have refreshments while you wait as well as coffee the best part is they have so many Gel colors to fall in love with and matte! I recommend anyone to come here and believe me I’ve been so many places Santa Rosa Cloverdale Healdsburg Rohnert Park so please stop by and make an appt !

I don’t like to give bad reviews, or say negative things about local businesses. That said, I was very disappointed in the gel manicure I received. My nails weren’t trimmed and the ends weren’t filed, but my nail bed was filed with an electric file twice, after asking a first time if they could avoid using it, (if you have thin nails you’ll understand how damaging this is). They were nice enough to switch to a regular file the second time, but the polish was uneven and missing. I understand the price point is cheaper, ($ 27 for a full gel set), but I still have expectations that polish will look even and nails will appear clean after a professional manicure. Hopefully, this was a one off and their services are normally great, but I won’t take my chances when there are other salons like Indulgence or Zen that always do a much better job.

I get pedicures often and thought I would try a new place. Big mistake! My pedicure was done with little effort or attention to detail. The massage was weak and short, my cuticles were not dealt with and my callouses, which I mentioned were a big concern of mine, we dealt with after asking twice, the Polish was sloppy. My manicure was worse. The shape of my nails were terrible, after telling them my concerns they did not offer to correct the shape. I had to ask to have my cuticles pushed back. I left the salon with no polish because I am heading to another place to correct this horrible manicure.

I came to try Passion nails for the first time because I am in Healdsburg for the summer and my experience was great!
First, most importantly they are a CLEAN salon… Meaning all files, buffers, and foot scrubs are disposable! My biggest suggestion to anyone out there is to ALWAYS ALWAYS ask about this before you make an appointment… The horror stories are well… Horrible!
Second, They have a great selection of polishes OPI, Essie, Vinylux, and more!
Third, improvements… I made an 11:00 appointment and didn’t get started on until 11:18… Really hate when my feet get pruney and waited in semi-​cold water…
Contrary to the other posts I was not offered a beverage… So that’s why the one star is missing for timeliness and service
For the Finale, the actual pedicure itself was FANTASTIC!!!

When I had my stiletto nails, Yen was an absolute artist when it came to shaping my nails. I would get compliments on them every day!
They have an amazing selection of regular nail polish as well as gel polish.
The pedicures are amazing. Love the massage chair. They’re really gentle but at the same time they get the job done.
They’re a little pricey, but worth it. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure for $ 55. Okay I guess that’s not too bad :)

Maybe I’m spoiled by my favorite (yet cheap) place in the city, however, this is the worst pedicure I’ve had in a long time.
Still searching for a good pedicure place in Windsor, I made an appointment for 1:30 today. Clearly, they either overbooked or accepted every walk in regardless of the amount of people they had working. The result, unfortunately for me, was a rushed, sloppy pedicure.
Every step of this pedicure was half @ssed. I told the girl the water was too hot (it made my feet bright red when I put them in), and her solution was to just have me keep my feet out of the water for a few minutes rather than making the minimal effort to cool it down by adding a little bit of cold water. WIthout going into boring detail, the cutting, filing, cuticle cutting, foot scrub, and massage were all rushed. Polish job was so sloppy that as I was walking out, one of the other workers asked me to stop so she could take the stripe of nail polish off my skin.
Save your money and go elsewhere for the same price. Shiloh Nails in my opinion is the best in Windsor… not spectacular, but at least they make an attempt at offering a relaxing experience while having some personality.

My favorite nail salon and the only place I’ll go for my full sets and pedicures. Everything is clean and they are so efficient. They even use new lining for every pedicure– LOVE. It’s nice to relax in the chair and not even worry what they’re doing and to just trust the outcome.
Prices are right and the girls are wonderful. Few rough owners before, but they got it right! A must go if in the area.

What great service! Very friendly and not rude at all! Walked in hoping for a pedi and was told to pick a color. They have great colors from OPI and Essie plus the gel/​shellach service also.
They place a liner on the jet tub that kinda looks like a shower cap for the tub. Nice and clean. The woman who attended to my feet was very nice and offered water while I sat there. It was really nice and comfortable. No poking or clipping. It went by too fast. I was also given the foot scrubby bar and all the files she used on my feet.
Would definitely come back here again when I am in the area.
