This place was great! I called ahead an reserved space for 5 girls for a birthday party. I had to pay a $ 100 deposit to make the reservation but was promptly returned the deposit when we all arrived. Loved that everyone could have mimosas while getting their toes done and they didn’t seem to be shy in pouring them. My pedicure was great and the attendant was really good! This is probably somewhere I’d come for group events versus just needing a quick pedi.

I got married near Windsor in August and ended up having a pretty frustrating experience at Nail Bar. I knew I’d have a big group of ladies coming in with me to get ready for my wedding, so I reached out to Nail Bar in March via Facebook to make a reservation. I was reassured that everything was in place and that we were good to go. I was in the area in April and came by in person to double check that our reservation was on the books for the day before my wedding, and was again reassured that it was.
Lo and behold, we came in for our appointment and our reservation had VANISHED. I was so blinded by rage and panic that I barely remember the reason we were given for this mistake, but the woman at the front desk had the most incredibly sour look on her face and was not even the slightest bit apologetic. Another woman who seemed to be in charge was very sorry and seemed greatly invested in making sure that we still had a positive experience, and as it was later in the day on Saturday they ended up being able to take care of all of us. However, I think losing a group reservation (especially for a wedding, when stress is already very high) is a pretty big misstep and they need to talk to that woman at the front about her attitude.
Overall, the experience was OK. I had an On the Rocks mani/​pedi, and I like all the extras and the scent customization. The space itself is pretty cool looking and clean, and they offer refreshments if you want them. However, the woman working on me could not have been more over it, and I think we all universally experienced some roughness with the massage portions of our manicures. I had to ask the woman doing my manicure to clean up the edges on the polish, and she almost audibly sighed (How dare I want a clean-​looking manicure for my wedding!).
I don’t think I will be back as I don’t live nearby, but as I really like the décor I might give it another shot if I was in the area with some free time and wasn’t relying on them for another special event.

The place looks amazing and clean but I guess the only downfall was the service we received from some of the staff. Granted, I came with a bunch of ladies, because we were celebrating with a girlfriend of our’s who was about to get married, and some of the staff was plainly letting us know how annoyed they were of us because 4 out of 7 girls were running five minutes behind schedule. Especially mine in particular. During the pedicure process, she was quiet and did a good job but when it was time to do my gel manicure… I showed her a picture to copy. and I said I wanted a silver glitter color on both nails. Instead, she paints it with a greenish glitter color and I cringe but silently put up with it. I gained courage after a girlfriend of mine told me to say something if I’m not happy with it. so I did. then the manicurist got really upset! She told me that would be the last time she would change it and that’s it!.. So, I said OK. was it so bad that I spoke up? I was gonna drop more than $ 60 that day. so I felt I need to be happy with the end results. And I was… it was just unfortunate that I had to deal with an upset manicurist at the same time.
Other than that though, and the guy who told another friend of mine that it was too late to do gel, we received excellent and friendly service. And the place looks amazing in photos!

I have a love/​hate relationship with this place. The Nail Bar is ALL about atmosphere. Its the nicest salon in the North Bay and they serve wine.
However, the 2 times Ive had my nails done here, they were badly done. 1^st time the technician did my gel manicure in a hurry, she left my nails in different shapes and jagged. Terrible. The 2^nd time a different technician filed my right nails, but did not shorten my left nails. I had to ask before she started with the polish. Seriously!!! Why in the hell would anyone want one hand with long nails and the other with short? I dont get it. Ugh.
Cant wait for other salons to step up their game like Nail Bar did in the atmosphere department.

Love the atmosphere! Makes you wanna go to the club lol You’re treated with royalty, you’re severed a drink & you get a massage. Can’t get any better. A little pricey, but when you’re getting your massage, you forget all about it. (0;
