Windsor Nail Spa

Been going here for years. They are always sweet, have appointments, and treat me very well. My nails and toenails always look great. If I get a chip, or the gel peels prematurely (happens infrequently) they always gladly fix it. It’s comfortable, clean and I always leave satisfied.

Went here for the first time today and loved it! Went in for a fill and was in and out in 30 minutes with a job well done!

Nancy is amazing. Booking with her for life. Her fileing was gentle and efficient and perfectly contoured. She tripled check that she was doing what I desired. Polish application was perfect. Now I just need a massage and a nap. 100% satisfied

This is the first ever nail spa I’ve found that I absolutely love! Nancy pays so much attention to detail, and made sure that my nails came out perfect! She’s super sweet and has a great sense of humor, as well as her coworkers. The place is a perfect combination cozy, elegant, cute and clean. It would be impossible to leave here unsatisfied.

Stopped by — as a walk in and first time customer — after growing my nails out for the last five weeks. Nancy was super welcoming! The place is calm, music plays in the background like a true spa experience. A million colors to choose from! I will definitely make this my new nail salon!

I adore Nancy she very sweet and friendly so are her fellow workers ! She greeted me with great attitude ! Felt like home being in there, beautiful place and relaxing ! She did an amazing job on my nails «Glitter pink and white acrylic «and I haven’t done that in years I was very satisfied. ! Very happy !

I have not been back here in a while. Just wanted to come back for the terrific massage chairs, the long, attentive leg massages, and the friendly service.
Nancy is new and she was wonderful. I suggest that you ask for her.

So, let me just first start out by saying that the people here could not be sweeter. They are nice, fairly attentive and friendly. I have no qualms with them as individuals. Then I will stop there… and go on to why I am generally unsatisfied with my overall experience. First off, the prices are just so over the top! I am from LA and I have never EVER paid $ 60 for a mani/​pedi. That’s just the cost of a BASIC gel manicure and regular pedicure. If I AM paying that price or in this case higher (I decided to treat myself to a gel mani and hot stone pedi to see if they could impress), I expect a clean and thorough job. I got nail polish left on the skin of my fingers and toes, cuticles that were barely attended to (mine are terrible to begin with and need extra attention, which I assume would be pretty obvious) and about a 30 second massage on each arm. The gel on my fingers does not go all the way down to the bed nor all the way across it. It also doesn’t go over the tip of the nail so to cover up the white area there. Maybe it seems like I’m being too picky — not for $ 67!!! I tried the hot stone massage on my legs. It was a better experience than my manicure, but it ALONE was $ 37! I was hoping, for what I was paying, to be completely pampered. The scrub that was used was just a few seconds on each leg, then the hot stones were rubbed which was nice and then I was expecting a good 15 min or so leg and foot massage. I got about 3 mins on each leg and my feet were honestly barely touched besides the callous removal. I left paying almost $ 80 after tip! $ 80!!! One visit of just a mani/​pedi. I honestly just can’t get over it. I am disappointed to say the least. I would have been totally happy with paying that price if the massage had been completely amazing. I just cannot justify going back there and throwing away almost $ 100 at the end of the day. I learned my lesson.

First time here. Nancy took great care of me. Cleaned up my feet and smoothed out my callouses. Nice long massage and a great smelling exfoliating scrub. Perfect polish too. Overall, my new spot for my nail needs! I will also try waxing here next time too. I love that this spa is so clean and everyone so friendly. Perfect!!!

If you like an unrushed relaxing pedi, this is the place! As far as I’m concerned the best part about a pedi is the foot massage. Not to mention a great polish job and the shop is clean!

Had a wonderful pedicure today at Windsor Nails. Nancy was great. I chose the Hot Stone pedicure with paraffin wax added on. $ 42 but worth every penny. Massage was the best I’ve had in a long time and my nails look great. Would definitely come here again the next time I’m in the area.

Four stars because this was my first time. They made a great first impression, but I would like to try some of their other services, such as eyebrow waxing.
I am considering relocating to the area and decided to really explore the local business and services.
I called in the morning and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and engaged in friendly conversation. But when they noticed I was so relaxed, they just let me be, which I appreciate. Some salons keep talking and it can ruin an otherwise great experience.
I mentioned I had a hair cut appointment afterward and they said my nails would only take about 45 minutes. They worked quickly, but the quality of the service was excellent. I had a basic manicure & pedicure. My nails came out perfect! The massage included was definitely the best part of the very reasonably priced service. If I do make the area my home, I will absolutely be coming back to Windsor Nail Spa.

Definitely giving this place 5 Stars. Tracy and I enjoy mani/pedi’s often back home in Texas and this place paid more attention to our hand and foot massage than I’ve ever experienced.

I love love love getting pedicures done here they give great, long massages! Only took off one star because I didn’t care too much for the acrylics I had done one time they were a little uneven but I’ve had gel and normal manicures done here also and those have been good!

Great pedicure. She took her time and the leg and foot massage was amazing. The polish looks great. It’s not quite a spa pedicure, but one of the best walk-​in places I’ve been to.

The best nail salon I’ve found in Windsor! Located downtown in a cute historic building, the inside is lovely and serene. Diane gave me a very relaxing leg and arm massage. She took her time, first massaging me with warm lotion, then wrapping each leg and arm with warm damp towels. All this while sitting in a massage chair that worked on my back! My nails look so pretty. I got the toes painted a hot lavender and the fingers are a subtle pale pink gel manicure that’s supposed to last two weeks. The price was great, too! I’m a happy customer. Thank you, Windsor Nail Spa!

Why didn’t I find this place sooner!
Super friendly and cooperative atmosphere– I was able to have a mani-​pedi on very little notice, and the staff was remarkalbe in how three of them cooperated in order to get me out fastest. (I’ve been to other salons where one person has to do everything, even though others are available, which makes the process last much longer.
I will definitely make this my «go to salon» as a regular customer

Best mani pedi I’ve ever had. Friendly, but not too talkative, long good massage, very meticulous application of the color. I’m very happy and relaxed. Will be back for sure. Oh and the place was exceptionally clean too.

Came here with a friend & family the day before our wedding. Their store is right on the main road and easy to spot although they don’t have a parking lot. They offer street parking, or do what I did and park on the side street right next to their store by some houses.
We got 4 manicures & pedicures, which totaled to be about $ 250+. 3 of them got gel manicures & I just had my acrylics filled. EXPENSIVE!
The manicurists were courteous & polite, and didn’t banter to each other in a foreign language — which was very much appreciated :) The salon is clean, comfortable, and they offer water, wifi, and a TV.
The quality of the gel nails were so-​so; My friend said that she’s had better. Service seemed to also depend on the individual manicurist as we all got a small massage with our pedicure except my poor mom! :(
Their high prices, average quality, and inconsistent service make me hesitate recommending this place to others.

Do not get lash extensions here… Awful! I had to have the glue taken off that was like super glue and it took all my natural lashes with it…
The mani-​pedi is the best!
