It’s packed with classy things, often with GREAT discount! Today I found an irresistible old black and white portrait of a lady violinist. Robert(I assume) gave me ten dollars off and we also had a great conversation for free. The violinist turns out to be the amazing, world class, Ida Haendel, LOOKHERUP! I’m so glad we found this place, such nice people, so many fun things to see. We will be back same time next year. Windsor is a pretty special place and with our discovery of Robert’s Relics, it’s even more charming.

Roberts Relics has been around for many years Somethings in this store you can’t find any ware else! good old fashion service on the good old down town Windsor. I have known Robert and his partner for years now! His store is on of a kind because the building was originally Exchange Bank back in the 60s and is one of the first building to be built down town. And some of his antiques are over 200 years old and there are plenty of relics too! He has some very beautiful China and some vintage newspapers also and many more! Roberts is our only«antique» store in Windsor we have plenty of used clothing and other thrift stores around but Roberts is defiantly one of a kind.

A great little shop jam packed with interesting things. There was no pressure to buy leaving me free to wonder around look and shop without feeling rushed. When I did have questions about what something was, how it worked, or anything I found the owner Robert to be very friendly and knowledgeable. He also had background stories about some pieces which I found only added more charm. Oh and the old records he was playing were great! They put me in a much better mood than when I walked in. Lastly I love a bargain and I got 3 items each one for less than the price tag all I had to do was ask. I will definitely be back for more treasures.

This shop is filled with treasures! If you are willing to look around, you’ll be sure to find something interesting. I left with several items that I’d had in mind: specific fairy tale book, antique tin with hinge, lapel pin and vintage fragrance. The staff was friendly and helpful! Robert, the shops owner –greeted me upon seeing me, had some fun stories and a good sense of humor. This shop reminded me of antique stores in New York City. Check it out sometime!

So I had the same experience on two separate occasions visiting this shop. I walk in, start looking around. No one greets me. It’s dirty and dusty, lots of cobwebs. There’s a guy at the back counter. I spend about a half hour in the shop looking around. He never greets me even though, when I get to the back of the room, he’s only a few feet away from me. On the most recent visit, I was looking through a book for several minutes, and when I looked up to ask the price, the guy behind the counter was gone. I looked around the shop and he was no where to be found. So I left… and there he was, sitting outside on a chair, smoking a cigarette. He never looked at me, didn’t say«thanks for stopping by» or anything. This place doesn’t merit another chance.
