UPS Rocks!
It took about five minutes to send a package at 4 p.m. by ground shipping.
My package was delivered (300 miles) by noon the next day!
For 50% more $$, I sent a similar size package from the post office, with a 7 day delivery ESTIMATE. The package was tracked leaving the building, and hasn’t been seen or heard from since (8 days ago). I was told the post office is too busy to scan each package during the holiday season. Now the tracking web site is «having technical difficulties». Have no idea where my package is, but I won’t make the mistake of using the post office again.

Needed to mail a letter overnight and the UPS store was close. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and polite and was able to take care of me immediately. The reason for two stars? I was charged $ 34.60 for an overnight UPS letter. I thought this was pretty high, so I went on line to check the price on the UPS site. Their price? $ 25.75! A $ 9.00 service charge on a $ 25.00 shipment! When I called to voice my dissatisfaction, the manager said there was nothing they could do, that the price was entered by corporate. Again, great folks there, but be prepared to be gouged.

Great staff and owners. no matter how busy, they say hello when you walk in and let you know they will be with you as soon as they can. good prices on boxes and services. Never had a package lost. Would recommend highly for any package or mail needs.

I love this place. The employees here are always super friendly and helpful. They keep addresses in their computer for me that I ship to frequently, they just look me up by phone #. The post office can’t top that.
Convenience. Regarding all UPS stores… I once showed up with an antique grandfather clock I inherited from my Dad in Florida to ship to California. They boxed it, and it arrived in great shape. How easy is that.
I love not having to box my stuff, fill out forms and stand in line.
This store has notary that I’ve used before. Again super friendly and helpful.
