I used Trusted Transport to move my wine collection from one cellar location to another. We had spoken on the phone several times prior to the service date, and Ryan explained to me in detail the various levels of service that they provide. I decided on the Tier 2 service which included the physical moving of wine bottles and sorting and repacking into appropriate case boxes, as well as an exact inventory of which wines were in each box. These guys really treat your wine as if it were their own. They were thorough and detailed, and communicated with me throughout the process to let me know how things were progressing. I was having dinner at a restaurant on the eve of the service date, and Ryan and Nick were still hard at work. Seated at my table enjoying a glass of Champagne, I received a text message from Ryan alerting me the the job was done and there were no problems. I felt completely at ease having these guys handle my move (saving my back) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
