We made two purchases at the Winnetka store during the past month. One arrangement was delivered, and the other we picked up and delivered ourselves locally.
Both recipients expressed their appreciation for their Edible Arrangement, and said the fruit was delicious. The arrangement we asked to have delivered was delivered as we requested.
We also tasted a sample of their white chocolate dipped strawberry at their store. It was delicious too.
We think Edible Arrangements offers a unique and welcome gift, and the Winnetka store does a nice job!

This place has the worst customer service and my order did not get delivered by 5pm to a business location as stated in their delivery policy. I would not recommend this service. If I could give less than a star, I would.
