I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never been disappointed. They are very professional, clean, and do a great job. Mike is especially amazing. They are very accommodating about squeezing you in or moving your appointment, the space is relaxing, comfortable, and recently renovated!

I booked a mani/​pedi for 5:00 on a Thursday night. I admit I got to the salon 10 minutes late but the whole double procedure took only 40 minutes. They had me drying my nails at 5:50. It seems they were in a hurry to close the salon by 6:00. I felt very rushed, underserved and ripped off. I did ask them how long the double procedure normally takes and they responded one hour.
I goggled how long does it takes to do a mani/​pedi and found a range of responses on
. The quickest was 1 hour 15 minutes, the longest 1 hour and 45 minutes. Bien Assorti charge me $ 15 for the manicure and I used a gift certificate for the pedicure, so I don’t know what my kids paid for my mothers day gift.
I feel that a mani/​pedi should take longer than an hour, this was not simply a polish change. And if they were rushing to close the salon by 6:00 then they shouldn’t have allowed me to book the appointment at 5:00. Either way, I won’t be back. Lastly, the bonus complementary neck massage that these salons normally give lasted a disappointing 30 seconds, and we’re not talking quality seconds.
