Whataburger

Always a stop when we are traveling through. Never really had any issues. Sometimes slow but our order is always right. It is right off the interstate. Limited choices of places to eat in this town.

Everyone here is really nice and friendly. Nobody is yelling back orders like other fast food restaurants. Very clean and so are the bathrooms. They get the orders out quick. Can get busy at lunchtime though, especially because it’s near a highway. My whataburger Jr. was awesome, and the fries were hot out of the fryer. I also got a chocolate milkshake and it was to die for. Gotta love Whataburger! Just like you like it!

I had never had Whataburger before, and I know I won’t have it again. The people who worked there did a fantastic job servicewise. One painfully nice young woman went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome. It was a very clean restaurant and a nice stop on a 24 hour marathon drive from Los Angeles to Baton Rouge. The food just wasn’t that great. I would give 2 stars if not for the extra effort that one young woman made to be so nice.

Food was typical Whataburger fare, & the restaurant was clean. However, the people working there were complete morons. After taking our order wrong, they brought out another patrons food to us! Total airhead staff!

Friendliest Whataburger ever. The service was great. They bring the food out to you, rather than throw it on the counter, scream your number, and hope you heard them. Very attentive and very friendly all around. I don’t eat fast food often, but this was a nice experience.

I should have known that somewhere there is the worst Whataburger. I found it here. If you wanted to give Whataburger an enema, you would put it in here. First, they shut down the drive thru because they were too inept to handle the traffic. Service was horrible, they couldn’t get anything right, and after waiting 30 minutes I
got my «fast food» burger, the moron gave me the bag and told me my lemon pie would have to be cooked which would take another 7 minutes. I said just give me my Money I back on the pie and she left the cashier area and walked to the back. I took my burger and left. I got in the car, drove away, and ate the burger which they left the cheese off of but charged me for. I can’t believe Whataburger lets this place stay open. I guess they said to hell with customer satisfaction as they got bigger.

This Whataburger in Winnie, TX charges more for their meals than any other I have visited. Sales tax is the same state wide. So why am I paying 2 dollars more?

We like whataburger the price on some things is higher than I would like but good food

My first visit to a Whataburger ended up being a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent and I enjoyed the touch of bringing the food out to you after you’ve ordered. I ended up deciding to try the patty melt which ended up being just a bit better than one would expect from a fast food chain. The fries that come along with the sandwich area also pretty decent.
Overall the thing that takes this place from 3 stars to 4 is the customer service. It’s something I’m not accustomed to seeing at a fast food chain and it was quite refreshing to see.

I ALWAYS stop at this Whataburger when I come back through Texas, and it’s ALWAYS a very welcome sight. Good eats!
