If you have to go to this store for anything ask for lacy O’Connell. Out of all the employees who work here she is the only one who really cares for her customers. After a long pain dealing with their in store insurance(don’t waste your time or money just get the Verizon insurance) and a botched order of some very expensive accessories ive lost my love for this store. The store manager didn’t seem to mind watching a lot of money walking right out the front door or that his senior employees left miss O’Connell having to clean up their mess. She does follow up with her customers, made sure I was able to find what I needed even though it didn’t make her a dime and actually understood how important customer service is in a small town. As for the store itself, they have very little product in stock, little regard for regular customers, and most of the staff seem to think of the rather large expense a cell phone costs is less than important. Hopefully, if you have to go to this location she is working because lacy will bend over backwards to help you with your needs.

Customer service was great! Got an iPhone 4S from David! He really helped me out and knew his stuff! I will definitely recommend David and the entire Winslow team! Great shopping experience!
