1502 Fabrics

1502 Fabrics, you make me so happy when I want to decorate my house!
This store has two floors. On the bottom floor, they have a decorating team with whom you can put in custom decorating orders. On the top floor, they have tons of bolts of upholstery-​grade fabrics, pillow inserts (polyester and down), trim details, and window dressing hardware. The best part for me is that they have a back row of discount cuts of fabric. There are some real gems back there at very low prices. They also have some discounted bolts of fabric in one of their side rooms.
This place does a great job of periodically adding new fabrics into the store. If I wait a few months between visits, there are tons of new fabric options to check out. If you go with fabric from the bolts rather than the discount row, it can be a bit pricey. Still these prices are on par with other fabric stores prices. Warning — Sometimes I do see the same bolts of fabric in JoAnn’s upholstery area, and with their 40% off coupon it makes it a better deal. So if you are going to get a lot of fabric, make sure it isn’t elsewhere at a lower price.
The staff there are friendly, especially if you ask for help but tend to be more stand-​off in my experience. That could just be because I look like a girl on a mission who doesn’t require any help (which is often the case).
