This is an old-fashioned store. It’s interior remains in a by gone era — maybe my mother’s. Maybe she would have shopped here in 1985. Heck, she might shop here now, or at least take her 80 year old mother here for kitchen curtains because she doesn’t care about trends. Although, in Anna’s defense it isn’t trying to compete w the TJX brand, or any high-end linens carrier whose inventory is what’s trending now, or is superior quality. However, that doesn’t mean that Anna’s is completely irrelevant. There is a place for them in the world of fancy packaging and educated consumers. Anna’s can accomplish some of your decorating job for less. I’ve given 4 stars because it’s clear, they’re here for an older, and low to moderate income demographic. Think Walmart, Kmart, but not Target or the TJX brand. There’s not a lot in here that’s on trend or of great quality, hence the very inexpensive prices, but it can get the mission accomplished. Think Ames, Caldor, or ah!, Walmart/Kmart home. There remains a place and a need for Anna’s. If you’ve a casual home, an 80 year old grandma, or an adult bedroom you need to stage in a $ 200K or under home, you could likely accomplish some of that here. Bedroom sets, sheets, curtains, rods, towels, new pillows, shower curtains, etc. you’re better off finding your accessories like soap dispensers, toothbrush holders, fake floral arrangements elsewhere.

Anna’s is a great place to come for cheaper home items. Some of the items are of cheaper quality so they may not last very long. Other items are fine. Their stock changes a lot so you will see different things when you go.
