Cold Stone Creamery

Hello yumminess! I walk in and immediately it’s like the counter calls my name and sucks me right in and my whole thought of «eat healthy» runs out the door! Lol I couldn’t resist the coffee ice cream and added brownies to it tonight! They also have salted caramel and Oreo stuffing… Not only did it taste just like the middle of an Oreo, I got some to go and had to mix Oreos in it lol the best thing ever, yet so backwards! I loved that they offer to go sizes now too… Like «just me» all the way to «Everyone,» so you can enjoy it at home and not just one time!

Coldstone creamery has pretty good ice cream if you’re in the mood for a sweet treat. I’ve only tried 2 of their concoctions so far. The founders favorite is very good, but veryyy sweet. I usually get the smallest bowl because if I eat any more than that, I will probably leave sick.
I tried one of their newest recipes yesterday. It had chocolate ice cream, salted pretzels, almonds, and caramel. It was good, except for the pretzels. I usually love chocolate covered pretzels. Their pretzels are entirely too salty to be combined with ice cream. You will literally get a mouth full of salt.
The prices aren’t too bad depending on what you get. I have yet to make my own recipe. I think I might just do that the next time I go.

A bit on the expensive side but seriously good ice cream creations. And the service was excellent. Fast and friendly service.

While this is pretty much the same as any other Cold Stone Creamery, I have to say that we really enjoy their service a lot more than say… Ben & Jerry’s.
Ben and Jerry’s is more of a go to the grocery store, and pick up a pint, type of ice cream, and the stuff from Cold Stone is a lot smoother, and definitely a lot better quality (when comparing in-​store only).
In fact, we have purchased ice cream cakes from both places, and we continue to come back to Cold Stone because of the way they layer their ice cream and cake. They might be a little on the pricey end, but it’s absolutely «YUM».
Oh yeah… do try their ice cream cupcakes. They’re absolutely delectable.
