Long wait time with few patients. Had to leave a urine sample and the toilet was not clean. Went here due to it being close to home but debated about it. Now, I know I will be heading to Wake Forest Urgent Care in Clemmons or Forsyth ER in the future.

Seriously, they need to call this place slowmed. I can’t believe I gave this place a second chance. They have the nicest front desk staff, but DO NOT expect to get out of here in less than 2 hours. Ridiculous! There was only one person in the waiting room when I got here and I have now been here almost 2 hours and have yet to see a doctor! I thought last time was just a fluke when I was here two hours. Nope! Stay away! ERs are faster than this place!

I visited FastMed Urgent Care today with a possible sinus infection. The receptionist, Elaine, I believe, was incredibly nice. Addressed me the moment I walked in the door with her name and what she could for me. I filled out some paper work and was immediately seen by the nurse. Whose name I can’t remember. Shortly after the PA came to see me, Tiffany, I believe. She was very compassionate. She gave me two of the three medications I needed and the other I purchased at CVS.
The entire staff was amazing. I will definitely be back when I need an urgent care provider.

Receptionist was rude and I have Medicaid insurance she asked me if I made an appointment with my doctor I said no because they are all the way in Greensboro NC. I mean if I wanted to go to my family doctor I would but they were the closest compared to Greensboro. Smh never coming here again.
