Not a lot to say about the place, we went in to purchase some shoes and had to make several selections because what we wanted didn’t come in the size necessary. We got a great deal but the salesman felt a little bit rude. Just totally unenthusiastic about being there and then following us around as if we are trying to make off with a pair of boots! Overall not a great impression for the brand. im just glad that we got a good deal.

Macy’s can have some great sales and promotions. Their customer service can be hit or miss though. Sometimes they have enough staff and other times it is hard to find a sales associate. Some departments have a large section but others are sorely lacking. The women’s and shoe departments are very small. When I do have luck I am ablwe to buy many items at great proces.
