Sam’s Club

We are frequent visitors to Sam’s and today we decided to upgrade my wedding band to a tungsten carbide ring valued at $ 300. After standing there for a bit with the associate’s back to us, sh looked at us and quickly turned away. When she finally walked by us, my wife told her we would like to look at aring when she had a minute. I a very snotyy tone, the associate to told my wife, «They were here first, you’ll have to wait». I told my wife, Let’s go… she just lost a $ 300 sale”. I said this loud enoght for the associate to here me. Even thought Sam’s has a good selection of jewelry reasonably priced, they will never get my business again and I will tell my entire social network of the poor service they provide.

I love Sam’s Club. Where else can you buy steaks and a bulk pack of 36 roll toilet paper? They have everything from candy, furniture and clothing to go along with fruits, vegetable, spices, canned goods and their prices on meats is second to known. Hell, I even saw a heavy bag there once. Sam’s has it all.
If you like to stock up and only shop once a month, Sam’s Club is the spot for that.

SAMs club is at least a bi weekly shopping trip for us. We have shopped around town and know what is a good deal at SAMs and what isn’t as not everything is cheaper and I don’t always need a ton of certain products.
I love SAMs as they have name brand and SAMs Members mark brand. We typically get Diapers, wipes, and used to get formula, all SAMs brand. The meats are typically cheaper then anywhere in town. Again you have to by in bulk so you have to cook it all or break it down and freeze it.
My biggest complaint is customer service and price tags. Items are frequently in the wrong place or they have old sales signs up. It has gotten to the point that we start taking pictures of the prices so we can show staff when we check out. The addition of the self check out is by far one of the biggest improvements at SAMs. It has made getting out much easier.
Customer service can be real hot and cold. Today is a good example. I stood in line at customer service for over 20 minutes to pay my bill. When I finally got up to pay it the lady didn’t say hello, how are you, or seemed to even want to help me. While helping me she is radio back and forth with someone and then talking to another customer on the phone while «helping me».
SAMs is a membership club. I don’t choose to shop there I pay to shop there. However the customer service I typically get is that of any big box store.

In the realm of Warehouse club food, Sam’s Club has a decent selection of foods for a great price! The hot dogs are Nathans and are pretty good although they aren’t as large as they used to be. The pizza is what they sell in the pre-​made fresh area of the club, it’s just so so pizza. The ice cream and other items I haven’t ordered in a while were just ok which is why I don’t order them but hopefully they have improved.
All things considered the price for a quick meal is fairly low making this a great value. Sam’s Club is a solid 2^nd place for the food court in the warehouse club food court market!

Much better than the one in GSO– be sure to get here before church lets out on Sunday!

sams club helps me feed a family of 6 on a budget. great customer service too!

Well, it’s a Sam’s Club… I go to both Sam’s Club and Costco, which are both located across the street from each other. I’m a big Costco fan, but I have to say that this Sam’s Club is comparable (or better) in cleanliness and food variety. The organic vegetable greens are much cheaper here too!

I love Sam’s. But I’m Asian. And Asian people love Sam’s. Well… unless there’s a Costco. Then we love Costco too!
