Mattress Firm Winston-Salem Southwest

With so many mattress stores here in Winston, we didn’t know which one to pick. My husband tried researching one store over another but they all seemed pretty much similar. We kind of just stopped at this Mattress Firm on a whim. I believe this is a new location for this company. There are a few other locations here in town as well.
We have been wanting a new mattress (in KING size) for awhile now and decided that the time was right.
Having not purchased a mattress in about 15 years, I am sure our «deer in headlights» expression was telling that we needed some assistance as to where to start our mattress exploration.
The salesman we worked with was wonderful. Basically, there are 3 types of beds there: firm (yellow indicator), plush (orange indicator) and pillow top (red indicator). Once you decide which of these you prefer, you move to the section which has a pretty good selection of beds in that particular type. We were torn between plush and pillow top and tried out a few of each in the mid-​price range.
We ended up deciding on the mattress that our salesman said he owns himself. It was about double the price that I intended to pay but he gave us a good deal on it and I am looking forward to many many many nights of blissful sleep. They were offering 0% financing for 5 years but since we were in the process of buying a home, we did not want to open up another line of credit (as instructed by mortgage co.) so the manager was able to knock some of the price off for us! We scheduled the delivery for a Monday between 5−8pm. I was nervous that we’d be waiting around for 3 hours… WRONG! We got a call around 4:45 from the delivery guys saying they would be there in 15 min! They showed up promptly at 5pm, graciously, brought the old King-​sized mattress downstairs for us and got the new one set up in like, 10 min total! There were even mints left on the bed for us!
Awesome experience from start to finish and looking forward to our first night on our new bed!!!
