Terrible recent experience. After very limited delivery hours, I was called on Saturday to tell me they were running late and would be delivering the mattress when I would no longer be available that afternoon. They told me they were rescheduling for the next day and never called me to confirm the delivery time. The next day, I was told the time would be in between 1 – 2. As I was waiting for the mattress, they called and told me they had missed me for the day and would be unable to deliver it. I required this mattress for a guest coming in Sunday night and had already arranged my furniture for the delivery.
