Horrible experience. Sales associates must work on commission. TWICE, two separate associates took the person behind me in line to check them out. I let the first one go, second time there was no excuse. I asked for a manager and was told he was not available. Put my merchandise back and left.

Customer service was horrible. 4 sales people were standing around chatting when I walked in. There were customers waiting to checkout, the cashier was new and couldn’t figure out one transaction while 3 people stood off to the side doing nothing. When I asked a question, none of them could muster an answer and went back to chatting. I finally just walked out, along with another customer — both of us just shaking our heads. *Update 5⁄19 Happen to be in the neighborhood and dropped in. Tried to use my recently purchased Groupon, but the guy at the register couldn’t figure out how to punch it into the register. After failing miserably for 10 minutes(he had to help another customer who was impatiently waiting behind me), he told me to «come back when his manager was around». I repeat: THEGUYATTHECOUNTERTOLDMETOCOMEBACKLATER. So I walked out, again. For those keeping score: Play It Again: 2 Customer: 0 FAIL. FAIL. FAIL. I won’t go back and highly recommend against it. A pathetic customer experience.

Found a couple of wedges here for five bucks each yesterday. Oil can(black). The paint was worn off the soles but the grooves were perfect. Now I just need a new game.
