Stratford Self Storage

After my storage unit at a different location had a leak that was not fixed after a month, it was time to find a new option. I had originally been interested in Stratford Self Storage since it is so close to my house, but when I went in April they were completely booked up. Word of warning if you need a storage unit look in early spring or late fall so that the Wake students don’t have a chance to snag every one of them!
They have a decent sized loading area out front. The only down side it is sloped on both sides, if you don’t park exactly in the middle you have to worry about your cart rolling away. They have about six cart options inside so you can easily find something that works to carry all your belongings in.
The manager and front dest staff are friendly and are happy to help. They do lock checks every Monday so if you forget to lock your unit they have you covered.
They are located behind the Total Wine and More and IFC Chefsmart.
