Tiffany of TekComm is a superior troubleshooter and has excellent technology skills. She repaired my cell phone and she is efficient, thorough, takes pride in her work, and very reliable. I was overjoyed at her ability to be straightforward and deliver what she promised in terms of repair and service. I highly recommend her as your go to person for all of your tech repair needs. Radio Shack staff connected me to her, and I am glad I followed through with their recommendation. She has been in the business since 2001 and she knows her stuff!

I purchased a cell phone to take to mom in Brazil. Upon arriving there I found out the phone was blocked by the carrier. I contacted Tiffany and we exchanged a couple e-​mails, she responded my inquiries in a timely manner. I had to pay an additional fee to in-​block the device and had some problems to pay, however Tiffany did everything possible to take care of me as a customer and now my mom an I can keep contact thanks to Tiffany. Your customer service is exceptional and your prices are reasonable, I am a happy customer and I recommend doing business with this company. Thank you Tiffany!!!
