TGI Fridays

DO NOT GO HERE. I have never left a Unilocal review before but feel as if I am doing the community a service by warning the public to not come here. The waitress (Destiny) asked how we wanted a club sandwich cooked. Keep in mind a club sandwich has bacon and lunch meat on it. Ordered an appetizer. Never came. When we pointed this out and told her we no longer wanted the appetizer as we had already received our entrees. She then preceded to argue with us stating it was not her fault. (Later found out she put the order in after the entrees). A poor guy brought the mozz. sticks as we were finishing our entrees despite us telling her we no longer wanted them. She then tells us «she did receive the necessary confirmation to cancel the order.» Been to a lot of restaurants, have never had worse service or attitude from a waitress. Will never return to this tgi Friday’s. If no or negative stars were possible this place would earn it. Needless to say Destiny is not destined to be a waitress or anything requiring customer service. Do yourself a favor and eat from the pretzel stand outside instead.

Service adequate! Received mixed drink in extremely dirty glass! Management came and apologized, but still charged for drink! No compensation offered! $ 6 for Stella on tap, outrageous! Pricing is crazy for portion received!

The unlimited appetizer promo is just too good and so are the choices :)

This is one of the most god-​awful restaurants I’ve ever squandered my money in. The inept manager (?) was more interested in some lady’s take-​out order than seating us. He distractedly informed us it would be a 20 minute wait for a table, but there were multiple empty tables in the bar area. That was where we went to be: 1) mostly ignored and 2) vastly overcharged for the meager fare we finally managed to obtain. And to make things worse, it took 30 minutes before I was finally able to obtain a ½ pour glass of wine after being seated. Avoid this place!

The whole visit was disappointing. The table was slightly sticky. The food was fair. The men’s restroom was nasty, I did inform someone in. Tie. The service overall was poor, waiter wanted to clear dishes before we finished, waited at the table side while we signed the check. Final thoughts, Go somewhere else.

I dont recommend this restaurant to any one.
I order chicken with rice it was very bad the taste the smell everything was at low quality.

Ordered a burger… Came out burnt. I mean to a puck… They cooked
Me another burger 30min later… Again burnt as a puck. Our friend added shrimp to her meal. NEVER came. Our waiter hid from us after we complained and the mangers made excuses and tried to not take stuff off our bill.
Seriously. Terrible. If you read this and decide to go… Then enjoy the mediocrity.

Drink specials are good. Apps are good. Entrees are over priced… but not for a TGIF. Disappointed by the recipe change on the broccoli cheese soup! The ceasar dressing is an oily vinegarette, tasted more like Italian.

I’ve had both average and poor experiences at this TGI Friday’s. The wait staff and managers are good. The kitchen needs some work. If you must eat here, order a pasta dish or appetizer… it’s hard to mess those up. I’ve had a couple of the pasta dishes and they are okay.
DO NOT get a burger from this restaurant. They are always burnt. Three of the four people in my party on our last visit ordered burgers, and all three were burnt to a crisp. This is a predicament for someone who enjoys medium rare meat. They are not allowed to cook to preferred temperature because their meat patties come in already formed and they have to cook to a certain temp. This can only mean one thing… frozen.
Aside from burning, they also put out food that is poor quality. The tomato slice on my burger had the giant, brown pit from the tomato. Nobody wants to eat that!
I appreciate the manager’s professionalism and for making things right. The young man who was the host at the front door that night was also very friendly and helpful. You can’t pay me to eat this food again.
