GNC

Not a fan of GNC anymore as they do not have many franchise stores left. The corporate stores are usually run by males who are all wanna be bodybuilders that are more concerned about how tight their sleeves are than helping the customer. GNC prices are not that good and their own brand of supplements is very weak as well. I only go there since they are close to my gym and since my gym does not sell any type of pre-​workout drink it is my only option unfortunately. I usually buy all my supplements off amazon since prices are best and shipping free as well.

Very poor customer service at this location. I ordered three items online during one of those $ 5 Friday events. Nothing special. I didn’t like the color of the shaker cup I received. I took it to this store for an exchange. First the staff told me the color I had was also the only color they had in store, neon purple. I looked around and saw a bunch of blue ones right behind him on the wall, so I asked to change for a blue one. The guy looked at my receipt and told me I had to pay extra $ 5 plus tax because in their store they don’t have the same promotion going on. He said it was a corporate deal online and they don’t do that. I asked him if that’s really GNC’s policy to ask for more money just for a different color exchange. He said there’s nothing he could do for me unless I wanted to pay. Unbelievable.

It was nice going here, not like it was anything special, the customer service was OK. I dont really enjoy how small it is inside the store. I think it was fine going there though, nothing is perfect. :)

Great customer service. As far as GNC products go, they are what they are; there isn’t any magic pill. Still, I went in for an energy boost in the form of a thermogenic, and I was greeted with great customer service and a knowledgable worker. Moreover, the product I bought was not effective and the manager let me exchange it for another product. I couldn’t ask for anything more from the store. My first choice for any supplements and vitamins that I need.

Customer service was excellent. Not sure about the last post but the night time female manager was extremely knowledgeable about the product. Also gave advice on what would be best for what I am trying to accomplish. It’s funny because my husband and I went to a GNC on W Colonial Drive and the guy there didn’t know anything and even suggest one of the worst products for a women to take. That was a waste of time and also Very rude! Just wanted to sell. I don’t know if it’s because the surrounding area is a 5hit hole but don’t go there for information.

Very disappointed in this location. Went here looking for a supplement. When I showed the staff what I was looking for they immediately told me they didn’t have it and walked away saying that they don’t sell my item at GNC. When I informed them that it was at another location they then told me maybe it was at a franchise instead of a corporate store. Well this obviously doesn’t help me. It would have been nice if they informed me where my nearest franchise was since it’s not like there is a neon sign outside the front door that screams «Corporate» or «Franchise». Or maybe they could have even called around to another store to find the product I was looking for… you know a little customer service. But what do I know I’ve only been in the customer service field for 12 years. I will never go back to this location and I will advise others not to. Thanks for nothing.
