If I could give this location 0 stars I would… Do NOT ship a package from this location. It’s been one issue after another and 45 days later my package is still sitting at their store. While some of the issues were UPS related, the local Staples provides NO support nor are they accountable for their own actions. ERIN, the location’s «general manager» provides nothing but excuses and could use some additional customer service training. The true test of a company is how they perform when there are issues. Unfortunately, Staples in Winter Garden has failed.

This is the worst staples I have ever been to in my life. I came to buy one simple flash drive and the cashier gave my so much attitude. She scanned it and the price was not what it was posed on where they had it placed so she yelled at me. I said I read what the price tag said, and it matches what I have and there are like ten of them over their, but she refused to listen. Then another worker came by and said that is the price it’s at and you have to honor it. She proceeded to check me out with an attitude. This place needs to be shut down! Horrible experience!

I visited this store yesterday in hopes of finding a replacement for a tablet that died on me. I was in town from new York for a meeting and needed a tablet for presentation notes. I told Fernando, the tech associate, that I was interested in the galaxy tab 4. He explained that it was out of stock and suggested several replacements, but none of them met my needs. As I was getting ready to leave, he mentioned there was a Google Nexus 7 display model in the back. It was perfect for my needs and $ 80 less than the tablet I had planned to purchase. While he was getting the tablet, I spoke to the cashier, I believe her name was Cristal. She was very friendly and helped me with directions back to Disney, as i’m from ny and my phone battery was about to die so i had no GPS. She even gave me a shortcut to help me get there faster. Fernando mentioned in passing that he was hoping to buy the display model that he sold to me the next time he got paid. I felt bad that I was buying it, but had the utmost respect for him for doing what was necessary to make the sale and putting the customer first. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. I’d love to see Fernando rewarded for his efforts. Both of the employees i interacted with were just fantastic, and they made my day. They deserve recognition for a job well done! I now have a great tablet upgraded with the very latest Android Lollipop OS. Very satisfied customer here. I will definitely look to Staples for future purchases.

Worst store ever! I came to drop off shredding and was told I can’t because their bins are full and would not be exchanged for 1 ½ weeks. Store manager is always on the telephone and unavailable. You always have to wait for customer service and prices are high.

This is the only office supplies store in my immediate area. The next closest store is about 10 miles. The store was a little bit hard to find, as the location was not correct on the Unilocal map. It is located in the Winter Garden Village, all the way down the main road, next to Havertys. The store itself is very clean and well marked. They have a lot of really cool products that I would love to buy if I had a home office. There is also a great printing department, if you need to print anything off. The service was okay. I wanted to ask a couple of questions when I first walked in, but couldn’t find anyone and didn’t want to stand in line just to ask. It’s an annual tradition to buy my dad a weekly/monthly planner. When I walked down the aisle, I was appalled at the prices. The cheapest planner, which was a very thin, basic monthly planner was $ 20. The prices continued up to above $ 40! What? Needless to say, I didn’t buy any of them. I will be running to Target or ordering online.

Sorry but when it comes to Staples stores; this one really falls short. Everytime I have gone into this particular store the registers are slow, hard to find someone avialable to ask a question if you need to and just not on par for the shopping center it is in or for Staples in general. Tried calling to see if they had something; 5 minute wait … I try to go to the one near work when I remember and avoid this one.

Staples always have just what I need in home office supplies. I have to go at least once a week to check out sales they might have running. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Fast copy service too. I don’t understand the low score but hopefully my review will help out.

I come to Staples frequently, as I live in the area, but never need assistance. If you need assistance you will be disappointed here. I came in with my 13 year old son who«had» to have a specific g2 gel pen. We went directly to the pen aisle where there was an associate on a ladder. I saw he was stacking shelves so did not bother him(my mistake I am the customer after all) and we looked for the specific pen. Not only did the employee not offer tohelp but he moved his ladder in front of us so that when my son found his pens he had to reach through the ladder to get it. I decided to turn this experience around and show my son what not to do when he does get his first job… Not sure this store stresses customer assistance as much as it should. BE warned.

Store is always clean and normally quite empty. Thankfully I normally know where to go to get what I’m there for because it’s not always easy to find someone that works there that’s able to help out. While I don’t tend to buy a lot of bigger items in the store(I go for pens and paper products and small office supplies), they normally have a lot of their computers and printers and chairs on sale.

Okay so for the most part Staples has everything you need when it comes to office supplies. But you better be able to find it yourself otherwise you’re SOL. I was in there earlier today and I was able to find the binder I was looking for only because I had bought one there before. But I was looking for a specific kind of clip and there was no employee to be found other than the cashier. Finally I gave up my search and went to purchase my binder. There was actually another employee in the area but I went to ask him a question and he just walked away. Guess he didn’t see me. But then I place my items down for her to ring in and I say«Hello». Normally this is where the greeting is returned and I’m asked if I found everything okay. It never happened. When I specifically wanted to know if they had something. She didn’t even make eye contact. She merely pointed at the screen with the price I needed to pay. I paid and she gave me my receipt saying«thank you». Was very disappointed. I probably wont go back unless I absolutely need to.
