Make sure you go to the Waxing Room and not the Waxing Corner! Ida and her staff are amazing! They offer a variety of treatments and my brows are always looking fabulous! You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely had the most AMAZING experience with my lashes by Lexi! I am not that much of a girly girl and work a full time job… but lexi was able to accomadate my needs and was a able to find a appointment that fit my schedule… she is beyond professional and takes pride in her work. she is definitely someone worth investing in especially when it comes to lashes!!! I already have my next appointment booked… do you?

I’ve been with Lexi for a while and I love her. I always walk away looking and feeling beautiful. She has a great personality and is an excellent conversationalist. Getting beautiful and having fun while doing it, is there anything better?

Just left Lexi the Lash Expert at Waxing Room… she is fabulous! I soooo look forward to seeing her every few weeks for my fill. She does an amazing job and keeps me giggling. She takes her time and is about customer service. If you are or know someone who is looking to get their lashes done, don’t hesitate to give Lexi a try!!! WONDERFUL!!!

My new favorite waxing place!
I haven’t had a good eyebrow wax in about 3 months… the last place I went royally messed them up so I’ve been waiting for them to grow out… AKA they looked like a hairy water buffalo (sexy right?)
Someone mentioned that I try The Waxing Room and since I was in the area I decided to give it a try and I’m SO glad I did! From the moment I walked through the door I noticed that this isn’t your regular «salon» it smelled wonderful and very personal.
The owner Ida immediately welcomed me in, I didn’t have an appointment & only had to wait about 3 minutes. Contrary to what another reviewer said, I was seated in a stool that had plenty of natural light (perfect for seeing every little hair).
The biggest thing that stood out to me was that Ida asked exactly how I liked my brows, she used a template to outline the perfect shape and the wax was quick and painless! Another great feature was afterwards she filled my eyebrows in and added highlighter to my eye lids so my makeup almost looked like it hadn’t been touched! Ladies… how many times have you left a waxing place and your eyebrows are RED and have shiny aloe smothered all over the place?! Nope, not this place, I looked almost ready to go out for the evening.
I look forward to going back again in 3 weeks to see Ida and many more times after that!

I have been going to Ida for over a year and am absolutely in love with her. She is the first person that comes to my mind whenever my friends are asking for a waxing referral.
Her prices are perfect and competitive and you just cannot beat the environment. Ida makes everyone that walks in feel so comfortable. She always remembers everything we talked about last time and you can tell she really cares. Her products are great and she really is amazing at what she does.
If I ever had to cut my budget — she would be the last thing to go :)

Don’t Bother! I just left the Waxing Room and didn’t get the services I purchased, I purchased a gel manicure and pedicure and only received a polish change. Yes. She wiped off old polish and painted on the gel polish. No, I didn’t get to my hands noe feet in any water. Can you believe that. Stay away and find someone who has a standard of appreciating the customer and is professional and doesn’t have false advertising. My Groupon experience. Never going back

So I will be honest. I was actually looking for another place and ended up here…
The place is actually fairly large from the inside… very calm and serene feeling which is great!
I walked in and Ida walked in right after me. and greeted me in a very friendly manner…
I told her I didn’t have an appointment and I just needed a quick wax… she said sure no problem.
We talked the whole time since she grew up in NY and I am seriously missing nyc right now… The whole process just took a few minutes and I was done…
I am giving 4 stars and not 5 because when I got home I noticed that there was still hair left. in all fairness she did ask me to take a look in the mirror, and I did and I didn’t notice any hair, but I think that was due to the low lighting in the room… in my own bathroom I have fluorescent lighting so I could see a whole lot more… A decent amount to where I had to pluck the rest of it out myself.
Ida is incredibly friendly and seems to know what she is doing, I just wish she was a little bit more meticulous with the hair removal… otherwise definitely a great spot!
