Saturday night around 8:00 p.m. and no servers are available for their outside patio area. Bartenders told us we could get our food Togo and bring it outside. Lol no thanks

Stopped off for a late lunch, everything was superb. I sat at the bar and the bartender was lively, professional and friendly. She stayed busy but always made sure I was satisfied. I will patronize this establishment again.

You gotta try the Cedar Lime Chicken. It was so good, chicken was done just right, still juicy, with a apple relish and served on pilaf with cranberries and pecans. And it was under 400 cal.

I have been here a few times. I have had great service other nights that I’ve visited. My friends and i decided to go tonight after a graduation. We were seated in the bar area. Our waitress was not attentive, the manager actually asked us a couple of times if we needed anything. He then proceed to bring us drinks because our waitress was not paying attention to how full our glasses were. The icing on the cake was that our all of our food didn’t come out around the same time. Three of us had our food and we waited until or fourth friend got her food. It took at least 15 mins after we got our food for hers to come out… needless to say we will not be going back there again.

The good: server was attentive, wait was not too bad.
The bad: seating area by the bar smelled of vomit, ladies room soap dispenser did not work… makes me wonder how are the workers following «all workers must wash hands» policy, wings tasted like if they were reheated old wings.
In the end, we stomached through the bad smell… well one of us was able to stomach through it. One of us became ill in the parking lot because of the lingering smell.

Excellent service. place was well packed but so well managed. we had a table in 5 min. quiet and well decorated with local pictures of the area. what a treat to find a chain restaurant so personable and we’ll managed. gluten free was the best service in 2 yrs. manager personally came to our table with a gluten free menu. this manager is better than any we’ve had at any restaurant in yrs.

Went here about 6 months ago and will never be back. Server was VERY rude. We were seated and she saw us seated, made eye contacted with a disgusted look then 10 minutes later came over and asked us what we want to drink. We ordered sodas, our app and entrees. She was short, unfriendly and just disgusting to deal with. After 15 minutes of waiting we still had to sodas but our app arrived. She walked by us several times and never acknowledged us. We got up and complained to a manager who only suggestion was to move us somewhere else. never once apologized. We walked out and never will return to this location.

Service lacking. Hostess often not at her stand, socializing. Some Sunday crowd walked out. Music blaring uncomfortably. Multiple menus makes ordering complicated. What you order off menu and what you get aren’t same. My steak came on a bed of BBQ sauce. Ick. Companion’s salad came with spicy dressing not listed. Disappointing. No one came to pick up check. Food was cooked well but didn’t «stay with us» long after eating. MSG? Sulfites? Spoilage? Won’t be back.

I hadn’t visited this Applebee’s in quite awhile and went in with my teenagers for dinner. Two of us ordered steaks and one a chicken dish. The chicken was very good. Both steaks had to be sent back. We ordered both of them medium rare and one came out well done and the other SUPER rare (cold & gelatinous) As soon as I cut into the one that was well done the manager happened to be walking by. He immediately told me he’d have them cook me another one and took off to the kitchen. Well, he didn’t wait for my daughter to cut into her steak and hers was RAW in the middle. The waitress was nowhere to be found and we didn’t get a chance to send it back until she returned with my second steak. The manager was very nice and did end up taking the steaks off the bill. All in all I’d definitely visit again for appetizers and drinks to watch the game but not for dinner.

We all know Applebees to have consistant good food and a great place to eat. Almost all have WIFI and this makes the evening rush hour easy to avoid. Much rather be catching an appitizer and some good food while surfing the net that fighting traffic.
Oriental Chicken Salad is a signature plate everyone will like.

Not bad, we were 3 adults and 3 children, a lovely waitress very attentive and accommodating. For the price everyone enjoyed their food. I certainly would recommend this for a light lunch and/​or families with children. The French onion soup was better than I have had in very fancy and expensive restaurants. We went there for its convenience and were pleasantly surprised.

Everyone in my family really enjoyed the food. The French dip sliders and cheeseburger sliders got excellent reviews from our table.
Never seen this before-​each table has a device to notify your server when you need them. I can easily see this device being abused-can’t imagine being a server here! But our server was good (and we didn’t buzz him!)
A manager checked on us, after the food came.
My real complaint is the way the hostesses dressed. I find it completely inappropriate these high school girls wear halter tops with their bra and shoulders showing. The last time I was here, though it was years ago, everyone wore a polo-​what happened? At Hooters I understand, but come on, this is Applebee’s!

Many a 21 year old has their first public drink here so watch out. The atmosphere can leave a lot to be desired for anyone over 30.
