Starbucks

Its a shame this location isn’t 24 hours anymore. I’d much prefer it over Dunkin Donuts. I also left 2 stars because of the service and the quality. I think the crew here are a little trigger happy and the drinks taste way to sugary. So sad.

I frequent this location often since its on the way to work. I only drink their Americano or Espresso. The experiences have been great and I normally wait less than five minutes. I got their a little after 7:00AM and ordered a triple shot of espresso. Time went by and it was 7:26AM. I went to the counter and they informed me I should have requested my espresso. I’m not sure what the purpose of them getting my name was. I normally thought Starbucks informed their customers when their drink was ready. Turns out my drink was already prepare but given to the wrong customer who already left. Randomly, the customer who had my beverage sent their child in then to return it. The barista said great he brought it back. The barista then handed me the beverage. At that time, I didn’t request their management and left because I almost late for the work day. Their management should retrain them on customer interaction. At least apologize and remake the drink that someone else had. Other than this experience it has been pretty good so far. Customer service just needs some work.

Of all the Starbucks I’ve gone to (and that’s been a lot) across the country, this is by far the worse. The drive thru service is horrible. One of the servers always addresses me as sweetie. I’m old enough to be her Grandmother. My fraps are inconsistent, sometimes way to much mocha. One day you couldn’t even get a frap. Apparently their blender wasn’t working. They are the only Starbucks in Winter Haven, so I guess I’ll have to drive to Eagle Ridge Mall to get my fix.

It took more than 20 minutes in the drive thru. Get serious. Then once we arrived at the window they hadn’t begun to make the drinks. They gave us $ 4 off. I didn’t drive out of my way because I thought I was getting value. The cost isn’t the issue. My time is.

Really my favorite Starbucks. I work down the street so it’s convenient. The staff is the best. Very friendly. It’s a bit loud inside though with the high ceilings echoing the chatter.

Well, it’s not 24 hours anymore — they close at 11pm. I think that’s reasonable through because I can’t imagine the demand for Starbucks is a 24 hour endeavor.
I took off stars because of service and quality. Each time I come, the quality is very inconsistent. Service still hasn’t gotten any better either — there’s still a lot of people behind the counter, but it’s still very slow to get any attention at the counter.
At least they have internet now and it’s fast and reliable. Still a pretty good place to go study or chill with friends, but just be wary of their consistency.

Really bad parking scenario at times. Interior has more tables than most of the new stores so thats a plus. Service is good. At peak times though you may still have trouble finding a seat. Décor is newer darker style.

I was craving Starbuck’s but it was late at night, so I googled to see what locations around me were open. It said that this location was open until 12 a.m. I live about 30 minutes away and got there at 11:20 p.m. and they were closed. I was pretty upset to learn this information. Just a suggestion, change the information on the internet so future customers will get the correct information. They won’t be as upset as my fiancé and I.

Typical Starbucks, nice size both inside and outside. Friendly staff, use to be 24hrs but now is only open to 12 midnight.

Place is worse I’ve seen trash on floors and tables filly. Miss former staff always kept place clean and inviting.

This drive through Starbucks on Cypress Gardens Boulevard doesn’t show up on Google search but it’s for real!
Parking on the drive-​through side makes it hard to walk in but they have fast service and friendly people.

Driving from Fort Myers to Orlando, this is pretty much the only coffee shop you’ll find in between that isn’t a gas station. It was a nice welcome respite to miles of farms and orange processing plants. The coffee is your standard Starbucks fare. Pricey but predictable and palatable.
